In the town of Magnolia everyone was as happy as ever. I've lived near here for most of my life, but that part I've lived in that cave. For about four years now, I have been actually living in a house. Partly because my cave gave away a few years ago. I didn't lose anything but the cave, so that was good. My house was next to Lucy's old one. No one moved into the house yet, don't know why.
I went put the front door and went on my way to Fairy Tail. Yeah Fairy Tail has fallen out of the best guild, but I'm still apart of it. All the members are my family, they took me in when I had no one left. When I was half way to the guild, I bumpt into someone.
"I'm sorry." said the person. He lent me a hand to help me up from the ground.
"Thank you. But I was the one who wasn't paying any attention." I said. I looked at the person, and he looked so familiar. I noticed an emblem on his left shoulder. It was the Sabortooth mark.
"So you're apart of Fairy Tail, Cordelia," said the guy. My eyes went wide. How does he know my name?
"Um..." I said shocked." And you're apart of Sabortooth..." It went awkward, until he understood what I was getting at. But then a cat in a frog suit came towards us.
"Rogue!" The exceed said. Then it hit me. Ryos! I completely forgot about him. We haven't talked for over a decade ago. I looked at the exceed, he was the most adorable thing I've ever layer my eyes on.
"Well it was nice seeing you again, Ryos. But I need to go to my guild and make sure nothing has happened yet." I said running off. I felt really bad for leaving him there. Does he go by Rogue now? He said he didn't like that name though. Well that's weird.
I look around at my surroundings and feel like I'm on a farm. There were chickens everywhere. There was a windmill on the guild hall, but its completely broken. It's awkwardly quiet, but it's been like thus for seven years. We don't have much jobs coming in, Fairy Tail has fallen so far. Everything is so different, even Romeo is apart of the guild. You could say he kind of is like an image of Natsu, but Romeo isnt immature like Natsu. Just think of my friends I have lost makes me upset.
Everyone was just sitting around when I entered the guild hall. Good nothing has happened yet. This seems to be the ususal around here now. Just sitting around. Redus is painting as usual. He's a lot skinnier than he was a few years ago. Jet and Droy were sitting at a table. Droy stuffing his face with food. Jet telling him to take it easy. I role my eyes at them. Mocoa is the master now, with Wakaba by his side. Locky was serving Droy and Jet. Mocoa was wondering how long Romeo would be out on his job. Romeo is with Biska and Alzack. No clue who's watching Biska and Alzacks child.
The front doors opened and I'm came the three of them. But Biska and Alzack had their daughter with them. Romeo had walked over to a table, taking a book out and read. I habwnt talked to him as much as I use to. But he just doesn't talk to anyone anymore. He just distanced himself from everyone.
I walked over to his table and sat beside him.
"Romeo!" I said enthusiastically. Everyone looked at me weird. I just gave them a weird look.
"What do you want?" He said looking up from his book. He gave me a glare that broke my heart.
"I just want to talk jeez!" I said folding my arms against my chest. He gave out a small chuckle. That was enough to get me happy again. "How did the job go?"
"It went OK in my opinion." He said trying to find his place I'm his book again. That conversation died down quickly. But soon there was a loud noise coming from the front doors.
"Fairy Tail we're here for the rent!" yelled out the leader of the group. I can't remember the guilds name. I think it has to have ogre I'm the name.
"We're a little behind on money could we pay next month. We'll have the money by then." Mocoa said.
"Our master won't approve of this." said the same guy. They went about how bad a guild Fairy Tail was. Then Romeo tried to step in and all the others were beaten up. I couldnt use my magic because theybwouldnt let me even near one of them. What would the other think of this. I'm not worthy of being in Fairy Tail. I think of some other stuff and ignore every other thing. I know I shouldnt be thinking that, I am worthy of being here. This is my family. Everyone here cares for one another. The guild that came in here were about to leave, but I got up and they stopped.
"You guys are pathetic. Trying to pick a fight with a weak guild. That doesn't make you any better." I yelled. Everyone looked at me. They were all sprolled out on the floor.
"Oh is a little girl trying to be strong. How cute, she thinks she can beat us up. Come at us little shorty." Laughed one of the members.
"Stop making fun of my size you asswhole." I yelled. "Water Dragon raor!" A few of the people went flying. The rest laughed at how weak that was. One of them started coming towards me, but somehow it got blocked. I looked up and saw an ice shield in front of me. And the guy ran away in fear. What has just happened? The ice shield gave away, and I saw everyone who went on Tenrou island. They have not aged. Tears came to the corners of my eyes.
"We're back!" Natsu yelled. I looked over to Romeo, he had a smile spread across his face. Same as tears coming to his eyes.
"Welcome back." He said. And everyone cheered with happiness.
