"GUSTO kitang replyan, sabihin na relax ka lang mahal padin kita." Yna said to to her phone, imagining that it was Angelo who was seated in front of her.
She let out a heavy sigh while she kept on looking at her phone that was laid right in front of her. After the Doctor told her about David's condition her anger towards him melted knowing the pain he had been through.
She can never love him more than a friend no matter how much effort he exerted to make her happy in those 2 years where all she did was cry over Angelo.
"Kakausapin ko bukas si David pagkatapos non babalik ako sayo.. Pangako yan." Yna uttered again hoping that the phone in front of her woulf magically turn into Angelo.
"DAVID.." Yna saw David lying on his hospital bed looking pale and sick. Bakit di ko to napansin noon?
"Kamusta pakiramdam mo?" She asked.
"Ayos lang," David answered as he looked away from Yna. "Bat ka andito?"
"Ah gusto lang kitang bisitahin." Ofcourse that was a lie, Yna wanted to talk to him. About her and Angelo going back together.
"Okay lang ako kaya makakaalis ka na." David said, rudeness evident on his voice.
"David gusto lang kitang makausap tungkol sa amin ni Angelo.." Yna said softly as she tried to make him understand everything the best way possible considering his situation.
"Na ano? Na kayo na ulit? Congrats." David bitterly said, tears slowly building up in his eyes.
"Oo David kami na ulit. Mahal na mahal ko si Angelo, David. Of all people ikaw ang pinaka nakakaalam non." She told him as she tried to hold his arm but David swat her hand away.
"Congrats sayo.." He repeated. "..at kay Angelo." He added.
"Alam mo naman na mahal kita diba? Kaya magpagaling ka ha." Yna told David.
"Oo mahal mo ako pero mas mahal mo si Angelo. Alam ko yon. At oo Yna magpapagaling ako para kay Mama. Ayaw ko siyang masaktan ulit dahil sakin." David said as he harshly wiped his tears.
"Makakaalis ka na." That was the last thing Yna heard from David before she left him.
"TAKONG? Asan si Angelo?" Yna asked Takong who was seated on KusYna's garden. It was 6PM already and the restaurant was nearly closing already.
"Ay nasa kusina yata Bestie." Takong replied enthusiastically as he was a fan of the AngYna love team.
"Sige salamat." Yna replied as she hurriedly went to the kitchen.
And there she found Angelo who was engaged with decorating a certain plate that had a cake on it. Yna smiled at the sight and decided to silently walk through the room and cover his eyes.
"Guess who?" Yna said, her voice lower than her usual voice, trying to convince Angelo it was someone else.
"Yna." Angelo giggled as he pulled her hands.
"Paano mo nalaman? Basag trip!" She said as she jokingly furrowed her brows.
"Kilala ko lahat tungkol sayo, pati yata lakad mo alam ko eh." Angelo answered which made Yna's heart melt.
"I miss you." Yna shamelessly told him with a smile evident on her face.
Angelo pulled her for a hug, "I miss you too." He kissed her forehead, "Akala ko di ka na babalik sa akin."
"Sabi ko naman sayo diba? Babalik at babalik ako sayo."
