Chapter 2

"DADDA!!!" Angel screamed out of the blue.

Cody and I pulled away and turned to her.

Then I realized something.

"Cody, where's Conner?" I asked him, and looked around.

"I don't know! Where's our son?" He started to panic.

I looked around more, then I spotted Conner sitting on the grass, staring at the butterflies.

The butterflies were flying around him, and I was surprised he wasn't scared.

"Don't panic, Cody. I think I know where he is." I smiled and pointed to Conner.

Cody went to grab Angel up, then ran towards Conner.

"Oi, mate, don't scare daddy like that," Cody sighed and kissed Conner on his head.

I laughed. "Okay, he won't understand you anyways. He's too young! Let's go back into the house," I suggested.

"Fine with me," Cody smiled and stood up.

I carried Conner up and we went back in.

"What time is it?" I asked as I placed Conner on the ground.

Cody placed Angel down too, and walked up to me. "It's time for you to kiss me," he puckered his lips.

I shook my head and smirked. "Nope,"

"Pwetty, pwease?" He did his puppy dog face.

"Nuh-uh."

He humphed and folded his arms.

"Okay seriously, what's the time now?" I asked and went into the kitchen.

He sighed. "Um, six forty-three," he paused. "Oh my god, sounds like sex love you. Oh my god," he laughed.

"Dirty minded!" I smacked his arm playfully.

"But anyways, what're we getting for dinner?" He asked and wrapped me into a hug.

"Um, I don't know. I think I'm making salad," I answered.

"Why?" He whined.

"I'm on diet, baby," I reminded him.

"But... You're as slim as how you were before you even gave birth to Conner and Angel!" He whined again.

"Alright, don't be a big baby," I cooed jokingly.

"Hey," he pulled me back. "I'm still yours," he winked and ruffled my hair.

"Ugh, jerk!" I laughed and fixed my hair.

"Someday, you gotta teach me how you make your salads," Cody shook his head.

"What? It's that bad? I thought this was better than the other time," I frowned and continued washing the dishes.

"No," he chuckled, and wrapped his arms around my waist from the back. "It was delicious. I wouldn't want to make a salad that's awful in taste, would I?"

The corners of my lips curved upwards and I smiled. "Thanks, Cods. By the way, it's time for the babies to go to bed." I said.

"Oh dear, honey munchkin, padudey apple pies," he mumbled and unwrapped himself away from me. "Okay then,"

Well, that's just him.
