Hey! :D I hope you like my story so far. Thanks for commenting and stuffs.

Well, I don't know what to say, so... Here's Chapter Ten!

************************************************************************

The rest of the week passed. I'd spend my time out of my room with Shane and the others and the time inside my room with Alice.

In Maths or English, Alice and I would talk when we could and help each other as much as we could. We decided to do all our English and Maths homework together. Which was fine with me, as I hated Maths.

For my Humanities project, me and Shane didn't meet up, because of Mr. Cooper.

He had kept me longer than 20 minutes. And, when I'd asked why, he'd added another 10 minutes on it.

It was after dinner and Shane had gotten a note from the Dorm Mom that we could study in his room.

We had until 8:00 to do so. It was 6:45 now.

I put on my comfiest jeans and shirt, grabbed my bag and walked to his dorm. The boys dorms wasn't any different. You walked up the stairs, and there were their rooms.

I signed in with the boys' Dorm Dad and knocked on the door 333. The door opened and behind it, a grinning Shane stood.

"Come on in," he said.

"Thanks," I said as I walked in. The room was the same size as ours, the walls were blue and so were the beds. It wasn't messy, like I'd excepted. "Nice."

"Thanks," he blushed a hand rubbing the back of his neck.

Just then, I realized how nervous I was. We were in his room. Yes, the door was open, otherwise we weren't allowed to be in the same room. But, still, I was nervous. I guessed he was too, the way he was blushing and looking away from me.

"No problem. So, shall we?" I asked.

"Sure. You got the books, right?"

"Yup," I said, popping the P.

"Come on then," he sat down on the floor. He reached behind him and dragged his bag around.

I sat down, leaning against the bed, and took out the books we'd need.

"Let's study!" He quietly yelled in fake cheerfulness.

I laughed at him.

I tried to forget what had happened the other day at the library when we'd went to study. I wondered what it meant.

Your so stupid, my brain said.

Your me, so if you call me stupid then your stupid too, stupid, I hissed back.

Yes, but you alone are stupid enough for us both.

"Just shut up!" I hissed, before realizing, too late that I'd spoken out loud.

Shane raised an eyebrow at me.

"Uh... you like studying?" I asked. Stupidly.

"Um, sure." He replied. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing," I looked away from his gaze.

"Ashley," he sighed.

"Honestly. Nothing. Plus, if we don't study, we'll never get this done. This... matters more," I whispered, gently.

"We have six days to get this done. You can tell me, Ashley," he said softly.

"I know," was all I said.
