-Smornby // Smith and Ross-

-Shadow-

-Ross' POV-

It's time.

I step into the room, ready to deal with the public humiliation.

No one acknowledges me.

I frown.

Maybe I really am just a shadow in the background.

Suddenly a pair of hands grab me and pull me into the closest room.

"What the hell?!" Smith shouts.

"Huh?" I murmur.

"You have gone insane! You crazy bastard!" He yells.

He's seen the video.

"Look, dude I was drunk, things happen when you're drunk, you should know!" I complain.

"Yeah but I know how to control myself!" He growls.

"That's because I'm too fucking busy being the father of everyone else! That I can't simply take a day to relax and think." I groan, resting my back against the door.

Smith goes to speak but stops, "I know and we appreciate that, we love you, I love you."

"Show me then!" I whisper.

He grabs my hand, "follow him."

Just as we exit the room we walk into someone.

Oh god.

"Oh hey guys." Duncan smiles.

"Hi." Alex says.

"Ross, you coming round ours again? Or not?" Duncan asks.

Alex slips his hand into mine hoping that the answers going to be no.

"I can't, I already have plans." I say, looking at Alex.

Duncan nods, "well, if you get bored, then call me."

He leaves.

"Thank you." Alex whispers.

"Let's get out of here." I reply.

I drag him out of the house. He then starts to lead us down one of the roads.

"Where are we going?" I ask.

"My place." He grins.

After a few minutes, we arrive at his flat.

"Get comfortable and then I'll join you." He smiles.

I jump on the sofa and cuddle up into one corner. He soon joins me.

I notice that he's put some candles on.

Romantic.

He points his arm around me, "Ross, you stress too much, everyone is stress free. We all look after each other. You're choosing to be responsible."

"I, this, this is relaxing." I say.

"Then stay here for a while, stay with me, we can stay up order food, cook together, just be together." Alex asks.

"I want to." I frown.

"What is stopping you?" He asks.

"The fact, it's awkward." I say.

"How is it awkward?" He asks.

"We're both you know, guys." I whisper.

"Jesus Christ Ross!" He says removing his arm.

He then kisses me, "awkwardness gone yet?"

"I liked that." I whisper.

He smirks, "I'm good, I know but you just need to sleep and eat and all the natural things and I'll look after you for a change."

"Alright, I'll let you do that, if I can get a kiss every night?" I ask.

He nods, "if it helps."

It will. It surely will
