My Soulmate and My Best Friend

It's a new year. I'm not sure what this year will bring me. I know and feel that it'll be different and unique. I'm always excited for the new year and for new things to happen. I love making memories with people.

With this new year and the last year that ended I realized that the group of people and friends that I have. Has gotten small. I know I will talk to the others but only one stands out.

This person I've known since forever and I can't imagine my life without. I do believe that I can get to feel better when I'm around her and I don't have a care in the world. But I know that I won't ever have a romantic relationship with this person.

I believe in soulmates and I believe we have different kinds. One is the person that you are completely and utterly in love with and you can see them as your life partner and the one that you want to be with the rest of your life. Second is the person that you will always have love for as family and the one that will never judge you for anything.

I love this person with all my heart and I will never leave her. I'd do anything for her. She's my soulmate and my best friend.
