Actually Believe It

I love you.

The three words everyone longs to hear from their significant other. Three words that mean the world to you. Something that can be said in such different and unique ways.

Those words you can't just say them to anybody without feeling a slight increase in heart rate of a loss of breath. You're so nervous to the point where you stutter and giggle.

You feel that fireworks are bursting in your body once you hear the response of

'I love you too'

Because it's genuine and felt in the same atmosphere as you. You can always count on that person to always feel that.

Nothing else matters.

I believe those nights where I am lying on my bed waiting to look over and see someone telling me that they loved me back.

It would be the first time that I would actually believe it.
