3rd person POV
It was Christmas time and heroes at the Halcyon Fold are happier than ever when they were accompanied by Alex. When they walked to the gigantic Christmas tree, there were packages placed for each on of them. Together they happily grabbed their own and began to unwrap...
Kestrel's POV
As Alex and I sat next to to each other, we took our presents and began to unwrap them. It'd been a week since Alex won that battle and he's been quite popular. Even among the enemy team. Blackfeather was so jealous that he didn't even come out of his room until 9. I opened the box and inside I saw a arrow made out of unicorn hair, dragon's whisker, sapphires, and ruby. I gasped over the excitement that flow over me and stared at Alex while he slowly unwrapped his. He opened the box ( after saying curses cause he have trouble with the wrapper XD) and saw that it was a cloak of teleportation. He held it up and wrapped it around himself. He look like as if he is hiding all his secrets under that cloak and suddenly he turned and disappeared in thin air. I look around and saw that he was nowhere. And that's when he put his hand on my shoulder and gave a scare. "Don't do that!" I said. Half stern and half amused. " it's useful and looks cool, too" he grinned. I looked across and saw Celeste getting a necklace and Vox getting new headphones. He turned his DJ box to max volume but he forgot to plugged it in, and the hall blasted with music. Celeste smacked him with her staff as Vox plugging the head in. We laughed and joke around until lunch.
Alex's POV
When it's lunch time, I opened a mail and it states"
Dear Alex,
I am the moderator and I would like to
speak to you about something that
you should know. Please arrive no
later than 11:00. Thank you
Sincerely,
                 The Moderator.
I stood up and said to Kestrel " be back in a flash." And hurried down the hall. I took the elevator all the way up to the 99th floor and knocked gently on the door. The door snapped open immediately and I heard him say " come in, and take a seat, please." I closed the door and sat down on a purple sofa. "Do you know why I called you up here, Alex Evozar?" He said, the chair facing the window. "No" I replied honestly. Something doesn't feel right. "Well, Alex, you see, I called you up here because... You're dead." He turned around, it was BlackFeather! He dashed towards me and stabbed me right in my chest. I screamed in pain as he took it out. "Not so tough now, are ya? ARE YA?!" He laughed ( guess the reference) my hands touched my wound, trying to give it some healing, but BlackFeather slashed my back. I screamed so loud that the hall elevator echoed...
Celeste's POV
Alex and Kestrel are a big deal to all of us right now. I can see Kestrel sighing over him over and over again. Do they see what we're seeing? They are in love! But they are just refusing the fact they are. I tried to think up a plan with Adagio but our conversation was interrupted by a loud scream. We all stopped dead. " what was that?" I asked, feeling nervous. "Sounds like Alex... " Ringo said. Kestrel gasped and ran to the elevator. "Wait Kestrel! It's dangerous. Let's all go together. Others nodded, and we ran to the elevator and followed where we heard echo.

We stopped at the 99th floor and I tried to push the door open. It was locked. I can see bloodstains leaking out of the door. I heard as if someone if being thrown inside and someone said "You bastard... Stealing my lover... You will pay..." A gentle voice said. "Move it sis" Vox pushed me aside and blasted the door open. I screamed. BlackFeather shoved his sword into Alex and looked at us, "what are you all doing here?" He sneered . We were stunned by his behavior. "I was about to ask you the same question!" Kestrel stepped forward. "Ahh... Kestrel... Of course, you will come for your lover... How well I know... But I am a greater choice. Come with me, my princess, and we shall not be interrupted by this pathetic Mage." He smiled, stabbing Alex again. " tough luck. I am his, so fu!k off! " kestrel swore. "Very well... You leave me with no choice..." He walked towards Kestrel, splashing her with sleeping powder and Kestrel passed out. " YOU SON OF BI-" Alex jumped. Despite all his wounds, he had energy and grabbed BlackFeather  by his throat and threw himself and Feather out the window. I screamed. Taka and Joule jumped out and went after them.
Taka's POV
BlackFeather... That bastard. Trying to kill Alex just because Kestrel liked Alex but not him... I landed gracefully and Joule almost made an earthquake with her robot. I saw BlackFeather flee and leaving these two behind... That coward... Swear I will kill him. I carried Alex and Joule rested Kestrel on the side of her robot and I grabbed the side of her robot and we flew back up. " Oh my god! Are they alright?" Celeste gasped. I put Alex down next to the wall. He looked terrible. Probably more wounded than I have ever been. Adagio began to heal his wound while Joule went to grab some awakening potions. I sighed. "So now BlackFeather is a outcast, right?" I asked Ringo. "He gotta. Pretty sure not welcome to either side." He sighed. While Celeste is just murmuring words that we don't even know what it is. Joule got back and gently fed it to Kestrel. She snapped awake. The first thing she saw was Alex bleeding and she ran over to him, knocking adagio out of the way. "Oh my goodness. Is he alright?" She looked at his chest, 3 deep stabs have been made. She sobbed and Celeste and Catherine tried to comfort her and Adagio went back to healing him. He began to wake up. He wiped off his bloodstained eyelash and asked"where am I...?" Suddenly, he jumped to his feet and said "WHERES THAT BASTARD?!" Adagio grabbed him by the shoulders and said calmly " dude relax. He's gone. Now sit down, you need rest." Alex sat down uneasily and Kestrel hugged him. Adagio had to carry Alex back to the Royal hall because he couldn't stand properly.
Kestrel's POV
When Alex felt better, we were hanging out on the balcony. "It's funny... Isn't it? How strongly love can lead to something that lead nothing..." I whispered. "Well, maybe that's the better reason to have it in your heart..." Alex whispered back. We heard something moving on the top of us. We looked up and saw it's mistletoe. "Mistletoe..." He whispered. I looked at him and he gave me a small smile. I knew where this is going. We closed our eyes and I felt his lips pressed against mine...
Ouch... The BlackFeather part hurts... But the ending... Lol XD
