Part 5: the battle for halcyon fold has begun... For war? Or for love?

Hey guys! I am just here to announce that you should expect a new book coming out next week because I am still planning the time and what it contains. Don't worry, this book won't end anytime soon because I still have a lot in mind for this book. So please don't delete this from your library and follow me so you get notified when I publish a new part. Another thing is that I will be creating a new VG account and it will be for SA. Kestrel's POV
" oh my god! Did they just announce the battle for the halcyon fold is back on?!" I exclaimed. "That's what I heard,if I am not deaf." Alex laughed. I laughed, too. He is soooooo sweet. I checked my watch and saw it was pretty early, but I was already sleepy. I yawned and Alex asked me "you're tired already?" "Sorta. I don't know why though." I shrugged. Across the table I saw Vox flirting with Joule while Adagio and Celeste is just chatting away. Taka is tying Koshka's bun with his blades(don't ask me how, please) and I wondered. Will one day me and Alex do the same? I sighed. It looks like he had no interest me at all. "Anyway, I gotta go take a bath, have to wash off this blood that BlackFeather gave me." He scratched  his hair and left. He is so adorable. The second he left the hall all the people jumped towards me. "Someone's got a crush, huh?" Joule grinned. "N-no! What-what are you talking about?!" I exclaimed, turning red. "I wonder... Little Alex and little Kestrel sitting under a Sakura tree... Hum... That's romantic..." Celeste teased. "Be quiet." I murmured.
Alex's POV
As I am scrubbing the blood off in the bathtub, I wondered if Kestrel will ever like me, a waging war was going on in my mind.
She likes you!
Take a break dude, she will never like you
Are you kidding?! Have you seen her blush?! Just confess the fact you like her!!!
Just calm down, ok?
No!!!
Oh dear mother of krakens, just give up...
Never in a million years!!!
I slapped my head and pinched myself hard before regaining my sanity. I got up and dried myself with a fluffy towel that Vox said it's kraken skin, but Celeste just said he lied. I wore my clothes that I favored, lime shirt, cyan jeans, and red sneakers. I also wore my dark gray jacket, for extra comfort and it feels nice. I grabbed a hair dryer and turned the meter to 100. Of course, full force because that's how much air I normally need to dry using MY hairdryer. Little did I know, that's different. The moment I flicked the button , it knocked bottles of shampoo and conditioner down. I quickly turned it off and changed it to 20. It was so much nicer and feels so good when you have long hair. ( IRL I am a boy with long hair and usually give people idea the fact that I am a girl XD)  I turned it off and walked to the door, but before I left, I flicked a switch. And all the bottles went back to their regular places and the bathtub is super clean again.
When I got to the royal hall, only Kestrel and Celeste is sitting there. "Hey I am back! What-" I was interrupted by Celeste's "SHHHHH!!!" I stopped talking and looked at Kestrel. She was asleep. Celeste said "everyone else went back to their beds but Kestrel wanted to wait for you." She grinned. "Now she can't get back unless you wake her up. But we don't want to. Can you take her back? It's the 3rd to the last in the left corridor." She grinned even wider. "Can't you take her?" I started but Celeste teleported out. I stared at Kestrel. She look so cute that I had the urge to kiss her. I sighed. I put her hand on my shoulder and held her by her warm hand and carried her back to her room.
I opened her door and saw it was decorated with a collection of arrows, bookshelves, and drawers. I put Kestrel on her bed and tucked her in. She was clueless. I wanted to kiss her, but other part of me is saying no. Making up my mind, I just kissed her hand and turned off the lights.
Meanwhile... Adagio's POV
Pretending that we were asleep, as soon Taka gave us the signal that Alex was back in his room, we all ran into Celeste's room. As we settled down, I asked my babe and said " did the plan went smoothly?" I grinned. "Even better, I got the footage with Vox's secret camera." She grinned back. We gave a quiet cheer and I asked" how did she fell asleep that quickly?" Taka chuckled. "That was me. I snuck some sleeping powder and put them in Her tea." "How did she not see you?" Ringo and Catherine said in unison. "Kaku is too good" "anyway, let's scroll through the tape... Here!" My baby Celeste sent the tape on TV. We saw Alex pressing his lips against Kestrel's left hand. All of us grinned. We know what we are about to do...
Ok guys that's it for now I know this is a short chapter but I swear to god this is the best romance I ever seen (I haven't seen a lot of romances maybe like 4) tell me in the comments for more ships to be sailed and add this to your library!
