Alex's POV
So this man, Sean, gave me his memory  to show me his past with my parents. But why did their murderer be so kind to me? I kept thinking about that as we took our helicopter home. I looked out the window and saw the shattered bits of the enemy crystal. Kestrel leaned on me and Catherine was swiping through her phone. (Probably playing flappy bird, cause she kept complaining about the pipes) I twirled my wand over and over again until we reached the base. Once we got off, they all came to greet us. Ringo ran up and hugged Catherine while Koshka pounced up to Kestrel. Taka grinned and said "come on! Let's go celebrate!" He slapped my back. "Not now, my shoulder hurts." I lied." Maybe Gio can-" he started. "No, I just want rest." I walked into my room as they stared at me. Once I was in my room, I locked the door and took out my cauldron. I took water, sugardust, medusa's tear, and Phoenix's flame and pour them into the cauldron. I took out the bottle Sean has given me and pour it in. I stirred it until the color was lavender. I took a cup and filled it with that "potion" and chucked it down. Instantly I fell asleep and awake in my dreams. I saw flashes of pasts and saw Sean standing with my parents. I know them because I saw them in the Royal hall's gallery.
"You ready?" Sean grinned.

"Of course! Sad that Emily can't come..." Someone that look like me said with a smirk.

"That's my dad..." I thought.

"Yeah... Emily is taking care of her son,right, Nathaniel?" A young man with a swig slurred.

"You know Ringo, although you are drunk, you never miss a shot." Sean grinned. "And yes,Nath have a son now."

"Yeah... We know what we will name him. I told Cath that if anything happens to us, look after him for us." Nathaniel sighed.
I saw all three of them run out of the base and that's when I saw Nathaniel, my dad, crippled.
"Oh god, what happened?" Sean asked, worried.

"I'm fine... Keep going!" He rushed Ringo and Sean. I suddenly remembered Celeste told me Sean shut off their respawning system... But Sean was with them, so he couldn't! So it wasn't him, after all. I saw Skaarf, Petal, and Ardan rushing towards him, worried. "I'm fine..." He managed to whisper.
Suddenly, a man with black suit landed from the sky and stabbed Nathaniel. I couldn't bear watching my father's death scene. So I closed my eyes. When I opened them again, i saw that man throw a rose spell at them and yelled "memonesia!" The memory spell. All of the teammates memory were gone, except Sean's. Upon completion, that man teleported himself out of the battlefield and said "the moderator will double my price if I take Emily, too..." And he was gone. I looked back at the team and see Petal sobbing and Skaarf trying to comfort her, while Ardan tried to heal him and Ringo yelling at Sean for what he have done.
"So that man wiped every single one of their memory with something else to blame it on Sean..." I thought.
Suddenly I woke up to the sound of knocking. It was gentle, must be Kestrel. I opened the door and she walked in, wearing her jacket and sat down next to me and asked
"What happened? You feel alright?" She saw the cauldron next to me and suddenly knew what I was doing. "Whose memory was it?" I grabbed some flower powder and threw them in the cauldron, making it into thought potion. I filled the cup and handed to Kestrel. She drank it and I saw her eyes widen, meaning she know have that memory. "Oh... I am so sorry..." She rested her hand on mine. I didn't know what to say, so I whispered "don't tell anyone..." She nodded and left. I grabbed my wand and made a figure of mom and dad and said " I will kill the man who murdered you in return." And they faded~~~~~
Kestrel's POV
So Sean wasn't his parents murderer, instead, it was you-know-who. Enough is enough, I went to my room and made some sleeping potion and gave it to Alex so he can have some rest. He took it and fell asleep instantly. I sat next to him and whispered "good night." And left his room for the royal hall. Once I arrived, Taka asked me"What happened to him?"
"He was tired after getting beaten up by the enemy team." I said, putting my bow on the table.
"Come to think of it, he did become a target for the enemy team..." Catherine started. I didn't know what to say, so I ordered a lemon cake and started eating its edges, that's when Koshka yelled "GUYS!GUYS!BLACKFEATHER IS HERE!!!"
We all jumped. He was a wanted outlaw. Suddenly, he popped out of nowhere and held Koshka by her hair and his sword by her neck and said "anyone moves and this kitten is dead." He smirked. Taka took out his knives but Catherine stopped him. "No, don't."
"Now... Where's Alex? He said with a evil stare, looking around.
"Somewhere you won't find him, we hid him well." I growled.
"That's sad... Because the Halcyon and I was working together all this time..." He laughed.
We gasped, so Alex's parent's murder was allowed by the fold?! We been living in a lie all this time? Soldiers flooded the hall and pointed their energy spears at us. We couldn't do anything... That's when someone yelled "secttall spirtsal!" BlackFeather was blasted off his feet and we started fighting, I grabbed my bow and shot soldiers while everyone started fighting. It all happened in a flash... Dad and mom are fighting side by side while Taka and Koshka stabbed many and Joule punching guys and her robot blasted out beams that vaporized anything in its way. Then the whole enemy joined us, fighting by our side. Skaarf burning people and Petal commanding her pets to explode and many things happened. Sean was throwing illusion like spears with his wand and that's when Alex joined us and finished the rest off. "Knew it... I knew it... Something would like this would happen..." Sean gasped, running towards Alex and gave him a hug and to my surprise, Alex hugged back. "Sean?! What are you doing here?!" Ringo roared. "After what you have done?!" "Unlike your usual self, Ring. You would never threat me." Sean said calmly.
"WHAT?! AFTER WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO EMILY AND NATHANIEL?!?!"Dad roared even louder.
"Hey! It's ok!" Alex tried to calm dad down.
"Alex, this pathetic coward is your parents murderer. Don't defend him" Dad said with hatred.To my surprise, Alex said "Regainzuem!" And shot it at Ringo. He had performed a restoration spell. Dad's eyes widened, meaning he remembered what happened. "Sean... I am so sorry... "Dad apologized. "It's ok... "Sean replied quietly. They did what guys would call a bro hug and dad asked "do they know?" Pointing at the enemy team. Sean nodded. To this point, our team was really confused. So me and Alex had to explain everything. Once we were done, Joule frowned and said "but how can we trust them?" "Maybe drinking memories will help." I snapped.
"Ok!ok! Just making sure..." BlackFeather suddenly regained consciousness and fled. We weren't fast enough and he jumped in the helicopter and flew away. "They must have shut down our respawning system..." Alex said. "What do we do now? If we stay here, we will be attacked!" Koshka sobbed. Alex said "everyone,pack your things. We have to get out of here. We can't stay here. Don't take what you don't need, just pack your essentials."we all nodded and left for our room. I walked to my room and grabbed all my arrows and my clothes. I grabbed my suitcase and put my clothes in there. Once i was packed, I set for Alex's room. But when I opened the door, he was just about to knock on it. "Oh hey..." I said. "You ready?" He smiled. I nodded happily. I hugged him hard and he kissed me on my cheek. "I will never let you go..." I heard him whisper. Just when we were about to let go, dad and mom walked by us. "Helllllllllllo" dad smirked. "Oh hey..." Alex stuttered. "Just passing by~~~" Mom grinned and left and I let out a heavy sigh. "Sorry about that..." I said quietly. "It's okay..." He gently touched my cheek and pressed his lips against mine~~~
Sean's POV (oh god I am finally doing the 'enemy' POV XD)
It's late at night and we have to move. We are listening to Alex's commands because he was the only one BlackFeather ever feared. We decided it's best if we go to Taka's old village. He told us it's located on top of the mountain, so we have to hike all night. I took out my wand and whispered the light spell to give us some light. Skaarf is growling every 5 seconds and it s really annoying. "Can you stop?" I snapped. He yawned out some fire before resting on Petal's flower and they say together the whole time. "We are nearly there" Taka whispered as my watch beeped to signal that it was midnight. There I saw a beautiful dojo with Sakura trees. When we reached the entrance, Taka knocked hard and a man armed with a bow staff threaten us "WHO ARE YOU?!?!" He stopped at the sight of Taka. " Sensei Oke" Taka bowed. The man put down his staff and bowed to him. "Ahh... Taka..." How are you after all this years?" He smiled. "Good. May my allies and I stay here for awhile?" Taka asked. "Of course. Please enjoy yourselves and make yourselves home." He bowed to us and we went in. They only had 11 rooms so we had to share. We spilt into pairs and one had to sleep alone. And that wasn't a problem because Fortress said he want to sleep in a position which I am sure no one want to get hit by a tail during their sleep. I got into the 4th room with Glaive and we had to spent the night together. I shrugged and went in. And you should know who Alex went with.
Anyways that's it for now and I know I said before that I can only upload one chapter every 2 days. But tmrw I might post a new part and if I do, prepare for EPIC ROMANCE 😂😂😂 anyways thanks a lot for the 200 views it means a lot to me and please follow me so you get notified when I post a new part.
