Part 21: The Master of Time

Catherine's POV
I twirled my gun as I lied down. I turned on my computer to type my essay for History of Magical Spells. As I started typing, my eyes suddenly felt heavy. Before I knew it, I dozed off.
"We meet again." A voice introduced. I turned around to see that I am in the Room of Time. Molticana was sitting on his sofa and Margret is beside him.
"Why am I here?" I asked.
"I have summoned you in here. There is a important matter at hand."
"And what?"
"This room have been raided. This room now flow along with time. Meaning time is happening this second. And in 5 minutes, this room will disappear and time will freeze."
"My problem?" I retorted.
"Yes. Meaning only guests of this room can act within the frozen time."
"So only me?"
"Also your brother, Nathaniel." I jumped.
"So you're saying... Everything is going to stop?!"
"Exactly. You must find the 7 Amulets to stop this madness." I nodded and left the room.
I woke up to see Nathaniel shaking me. Sure enough, everything is gray and dark.
"You ok?" He asked.
"Yeah... Time is frozen again, huh. We have to-" I started but he cutter me off.
"-find the seven amulets." Suddenly a purple key was hung around our neck.
"The hell is this?" I asked.
"We can rewind time and space with this." Nathaniel answered. I didn't bother to ask him how he knew.
"Margret told me that we need to find red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple amulets..." Nathaniel murmured. We both knew we been into the Room of time. We nodded and let ourself rewind back into the chosen destination...
We landed inside a palace. Portraits and statue was decorated everywhere. We exchanged glances and nodded. We started looking for the amulet. Took quite a while but Nath found it inside a statue's sword.
"You sure it's what we're looking for?" I asked.
"Yeah... Come on, let's go!" He nodded. That's when he bumped into a kid that look like him.
"Oh... Sorry." He apologized.
"It's ok." That kid shrugged. We left each of our direction and left.
