"Slow down, you moron!" Lizzie screamed at me, clutching the seat of my car like she was going to die. I only laughed at her. Damn, she's too cute.
"No way, I never knew you were such a scaredy pants." I floored it enjoying her reaction.
"I like fast cars as much as the next die-hard girl but I don't trust your current 'driving skills'!" she reached over and hit my arm in frustration.
"Hey! You just wait, I'll show you how a real man races on Saturday." I grinned, slowing the car as we hit the traffic. She only rolled her eyes at me, sighing in relief.
"I still can't believe you had the nerve to say that in front of them, now they won't let me back out you idiot." she huffed raising her feet up the seat "Why do you even want to date me anyway?"
"Put your feet down." I frowned. She stared at me then snorted "No mother, I don't want to."
"Do it."
"No."
"What, can't you see it's genuine leather?"
She looked at me, frowning. No scratch that, she was scowling at me like I just grew another f*cking head. Suddenly she grinned, a grin that scared the shit out of me.
"Don't grin like that." I demanded just as she stuck her feet up and rested it on the dashboard.
I gaped at her. For the first time, I was trying to concentrate on the damn road. I have never ever done that in my whole life. Shit this chick is amazing!
"Will you please look at where we're going!" she snapped, pulling me back to reality.
"I would if you'd just stop distracting me with your sexiness." To emphasize my point I stared at her sun tanned legs but the only thing I got from her was a startled laugh "What?"
"Oh nothing." she rolled her eyes "Do guys always have to be this perverted?"
"No." she looked skeptically at me "Sometimes we think more about food... and cars."
"Car geek." she shook her head, making her red curls bounce on her shoulders.
"Give me some slack, I practically grew up with them." I frowned. Why do girls hate cars so much!? I mean, they have to have a car sometime in their life so why hate it?
"It's probably because some boys love their car more than their girlfriend."
"What?" I blinked at the road. I wasn't muttering out loud right?
"It was the look in your face!" she laughed out, hitting me "You were like 'Why the hell does she hate cars so much?!' kind of expression."
"Hey that was exactly what I was thinking!" I laughed "Cool." Seriously though, what the hell goes on in her brain!?
"Oh hey, turn here." she pointed to a small hedge covered road that I would've missed even if I was paying attention.
"This road is creepy." I muttered, staring at the dead looking trees at the side of the road "It looks like a cheap Hollywood haunted house movie... Only better of course, and authentic." I amended as she shot me a murderous glare.
"We like it this way, it makes boring everyday lives exciting." she explained, pressing the intercom at the hard, iron looking gate that was a tad bit smaller than ours.
"No wonder you're so weird." I shook my head as I drove inside "And, a girl who grew up in this kind ought to be hot too. And emo."
"I'm not an emo." she frowned, getting out of my car.
