(Because you guys stayed with us for all these years, we're uploading 2 epilogue chapters. We love you all!)
Artemis' POV
"Cheers!" We all shouted as our glasses clinked. I took a sip of my orange juice and we all laughed at our current situation. We were in Adrian and Lizzie's house for a little get together. We have not seen each other for nearly 5 months.
"Sorry, ladies" North grinned and he took a swig of his beer "Liquor is not allowed."
"Oh, yeah?" Angel smiled at him as she nuzzled her nose on North's cheek "You know I can still get turned on without alcohol." North grinned even more and his eyes sparkled excitedly.
I stared at the group of people that I always loved. Claire was leaning her head on Jas' shoulders as they laughed about what Adrian said. North was ruffling Angel's hair like what he always did before, and Lizzie was giving Adrian a glare, as he talked about one embarrassing night they had together.
August, on the other hand, had his arms around my shoulders. Nonetheless of the fact that we're already married, I still can't hide my blush. His skin felt warm against mine and it felt very comforting. He caught me staring and he kissed me on the cheeks.
"How are you feeling?" He asked with a grin.
"Fine." I smiled back "I told you the headache would pass."
"That's great!" He smirked "Maybe we can see a movie tomorrow."
"That would be cool." I said. He kissed my forehead and I looked at the group happily. Everything looked perfectly normal ---except the fact that Angel, Liz, Claire and I, are all pregnant.
"When are you expecting the baby again Lizzie?" Claire asked.
"This month" Adrian grinned excitedly "Or maybe this week."
Lizzie glared at him and said, "Are you Lizzie? I'm due anytime right now actually"
We laughed at Adrian's expression and I turned to Angel, "How many months are you pregnant? 3?"
"No silly. Does this look like its 3 months?" She giggled "Actually, I'm about to hit 6 months next week."
"And you're having twins, right?!" Claire said.
"Fraternal twins!" Angel beamed "I'm so excited."
"Wait, I have an idea" I smiled "Claire's going to have a son, right? Why don't we make Angel's daughter date Claire's son? That would be soooo cute."
"What are you nuts?" Lizzie said "Why are you planning this for our children? If they want to, let them be!"
"I don't know" I shrugged "it's just I can't help how romantic it sounds."
"The heck woman, here you go again" Angel said as she rolled her eyes "When we were 17, you were planning our future, like, how many children we should have, and who we should date or not, and now, you're extending the catastrophe to our children. "
We all laughed and I pouted at them. I threw fries at Lizzie and Angel's face, while Claire blocked herself by hiding behind Jas.
"Where's Chris and Isabelle?" Angel asked.
"We hired a babysitter. It's about time we had just a little break from them." August said as he massaged his temple.
August and I have two kids. Christopher and Isabelle. Chris is Cedric's son. His mom died giving birth to him due to really bad complications so Cedric was the one who raised him...but a few months after baby Chris turned 1, Cedric died of a terrible car accident. August was depressed for awhile, because Cedric still became his brother in the past. We decided to adopt Chris because it was the right thing to do. The first time I saw him, I fell in love with his chubby cheeks, and chocolate brown eyes. I was already pregnant with Isabelle when we took in Chris. It was overwhelming at first that I was going to be his mother from now on, but I promised myself that I'm going to do anything to be a good one. Right now, baby number three is coming in 8 months. Although August and I are running in 0 sleep most of the day, we're still excited that another one is coming.
