" Lux I missed you." I say hugging my baby girl.
" How was she?" I ask Brennen.
" She was good, but she probably should go to bed she is really tired."
I nod going in her room and laying her In her crib. she instantly went to sleep, I shut the door sitting by Brennen on the couch.
" Brennen I'm sorry."
" Don't." He says shaking his hands.
" We can talk about this Brennen."
" I don't want to talk about it." He yells.
" I don't want to talk about it." He says more softly.
I see tears coming from his eyes and onto his cheek. I grab his hand and hug him.
" I'm fine Alex, people die in this world I won't just sit here and be sad all day. I didn't really know him he left when I was 12." He explains.
" Just because you didn't know him as much, doesn't mean it doesn't hurt."
" Where's Jake?" Brennen asks me changing the subject.
" He's packing." I say awkwardly.
" Where is he going?" Brennen asked.
" Hey's moving in with me."
" wait what!" He stands up instantly.
" Brennen, me and Jake are together."
" I'm not going to fight with you today I'm going to go." He said walking to the door.
" Do you need me to do anything?" I ask.
" No thank you." He tells me walking out the door.
