Chapter Twenty three

  I heard the kids come in, but I couldn't pull myself to wake up. That is until Jake kissed me, and that was enough to wake up. "Hey you guys. what did you end up bringing us tonight." Jake asked, while helping me sit up. "Well, we went home, and cooked our favorite meal that you made us when we were younger." I opened the tupperware to find my french cuisine that I had made on the nights that I had little energy. "Oh you guys, that is exactly what I wanted. How did you know?" They just laughed, and Lauren came and sat on the edge of the bed. "Mom I remember that you craved this though all luke, and Gabby's pregnancy." We just laughed and ate our food, and may I say that my kids got my cooking skills, even Luke surprisingly. "I love you guys, so much." I pulled them into a hug, and tickled each of them, that is until one of them elbowed me in the one spot that would make it hurt. "Oww." They all stood up and backed away, as I was gripping my side. "Mom, we are so sorry." They all were on the verge of tears. "Ohh, you guys, I am okay. I'm sorry for the scare. Oww, this really hurts." Jake took my hand, and told me to take a deep breath. "Janey, just try to relax. What do you feel." I just knew that I was having chest pain, and side pain. The pain kept getting worse and worse, with each passing second. "Harley and lauren, can you go and get Doctor Allan. NOW" They ran out of the room, while Gabby was sitting next to Jake, helping me try to stay calm. "Luke, could you get your mother a cool washcloth and a cup of water, please." He agreed and ran into the bathroom, and was back in the room within seconds. He placed the washcloth on on my chest, and it helped a little bit. "Here mom, take a drink of water, please." I nodded my head, and took a slow sip of water, and could finally relax. "Thank you my boys, now the pain is gone, I am fine." I am so lucky to have be the mother of three amazing children, and soon be the mother of six of the most wonderful children I can ask for.
