The next day
I made my kids go home, and try to get some sleep and not on the floor. They reluctantly left, only with Jake's stern asking. "Honey, now that our kids are on their way home, would you finally like to hold you three new beautiful children?" I smiled and held out my arms. Jake carefully, and strategically placed all three babies in my left arm, so that their beautiful faces where in front of the window. Their faces glowed like the stars above. I rocked back and forth basking in the peaceful reality that I knew wouldn't last long. I looked up to see Jake trying to keep his eyes open, and I could tell he was losing that war. "Jake, why don't you go home and get some rest, like the children. I will be fine, plus hopefully I will get the all clear to go home soon." He fought with me forever, but eventually came to the conclusion that he was not going to win this time. "Fine, but if anything happens call me IMMEDIATELY. Please, other wise I would die if I wasn't here when any of you needed me most." I gently leaned forward close enough to reach Jake's lips, and pushed them together. We remained close together, but was broken apart by a small cry coming from one of the babies. We pulled apart as quickly as a cheetah running toward its prey. When I looked to my babies, I found that my youngest born was looking up at me. "Oh Jake, look Amisa opened her eyes. They are the most beautiful shade of blue I have ever seen." His head turned faster than a squirrel running up a tree. "She looks just like me." I playfully slapped him on the arm as he chuckled like old mcdonald. "I am just kidding my darling. Okay I am going to go home, and "sleep" He said mysteriously. When he left the room, I layed my head back down on the bed, and cuddled with my beautiful children. In my head I was hoping that a nurse or someone would walk in and help me put the babies back in their little beds, but no one came in. I decided to try and do it myself, so I pushed myself up and swung my legs over the edge. I held on carefully to my babies, as I tried to haul myself up. I screamed out in pain, and landed back on the bed. I heard a noise come from behind me. "Jane, what are you doing? Do you need help?" I nodded my head, thinking it was Jake. When he walked around the bed and held out his arms, I realised that it wasn't Jake but it was Adam. "Adam, what are you still doing here?" He smiled and took the baby on the outside, and placed him down in the green bed. "I never left, because I was so worried about you. I wanted to make sure that you were okay." I smiled as he put the baby in pink down into the pink bed. I decided to try and stand up and put the last baby into the blue bed, but as soon as I pulled myself up and tried to walk pain ragged, and caused me to almost fall to the ground. "Hey, I don't think you should be up walking around this quickly, especially after a intense labor that you had." He held me up, and could see that I wanted to be the one to put my baby in the bed, so he helped me walk all the way to the bed. I set my baby down and moved the blonde hair out of his face, to see him sleeping peacefully. "Jane, I think you should get back in bed to rest. These babies need you to be as strong as you can be." I nodded as Adam helped me back into bed. He turned to leave, but I couldn't let him. I needed him to be here with me, while Jake is at home. "Adam, please don't leave. I need you here." He stopped, and turned around and held out a bouquet of tiger lilies. "Oh Jane, I never thought you'd ask. I would love to stay here with you, and by the way you never did tell me what you guys had named the three babies who are surprisingly calm right now." I laughed and smelt the tiger lilies, which smelt so wonderful. "The one in pink was the youngest, and only girl. We named her Amisa Marie Adler." He nodded his head, as if to look like he agreed with the name we picked. "The baby in green was the second oldest boy, and his name is Benjamin Malcolm Adler." He chuckled, but still nodded in agreement. "The baby in blue is the oldest of the three of them, and the oldest boy in this set. His Name is Michael Andrew Adler." Adam had to think about that name for a few seconds, but that didn't stop him from nodding in agreement. "Jane, you and your family though up some of the most unique, yet crazy names. I give my stamp of approval." We were laughing, when all the sudden Adam pulled something out of his pocket. My mind was in a daze, and all I remember saying is "yes."
