Geez Meg you're not the only one with problems.

Stop.
LAURA TIME.

***JORDAN POV***

Tucker's wrist grasped tightly on mine as the wind whipped around us and we fell to the sand. I stumbled, my legs giving out slightly and Tucker turned and looked at me with squinted eyes.

"What's wrong?" His hand fell off of my wrist as eye bent down and caught my breath and stood up.

"Tom... Dianite... Bad plans... Captured..." Tucker raised an eyebrow.

"Dianite captured you?" I nodded, ten shook my head.

"No. Tom did. For Dianite." Tucker took a step back, and shook his head before looking at me again.

"Are you sure? Because that doesn't sound like Tom-" I cut him off.

"Yeah well does the Tom you know sit by while listening to his god talk about forcing Dec and Champ into giving them quintessence or something so that he can control all of Mianite and other realms." Tucker gaped at me, then looked away.

"Are you sure." I sighed and looked out at the ocean.

"Yeah. Besides, there's more." Tucker looked back at me. "But we can talk about it at the rendezvous point." Tucker nodded and started jogging.

"Why would they want you Jordan?" I snorted.

"Yeah, why wouldn't they want the only follower of Ianite who has special powers and the key to unlocking mass amounts of power and is part of a prophecy." Tucker rolled his eyes and started running faster.

"Your sarcasm isn't appreciated." I looked at him out of the corner of my eyes.

"Well, your lack of faith in me wasn't appreciated." Tucker gritted his teeth and started to run faster.

"Yeah, well I'm sorry that seeing dragons appear out of no where and some kid that we barely know is suddenly telling us that he's part of a prophecy." I ran faster, and he pushed himself faster to keep pace with me. "But I'm sorry, I shouldn't have acted so rashly."

"It's okay I guess. I just haven't been feeling too well as of late. And all this business with Tom-"

"You mean Dianite." I stumbled and felt a blush creep up on my cheeks.

"Yeah, with Dianite planning mass domination of the realms and killing part of the damn prophecy-"

"Wait what?"

"Duck." Tucker's head whipped around.

"Where?" A tree branch whipped his face as we neared the meeting point. "Fuck!" I snickered before slowing down to a slow jog and neared the group standing around a small table.

"I'll tell you about it during the meeting."
