"Rise and shine, lovely!" You called. Pete quickly opened his eyes in alarm.

"What happened? Is everything okay?" He asked.

"You're going home! I fixed my hat." You explained.

"A hat?"

"You'll get home, don't worry. We just gotta get to the right place in the forest. Let's go." You picked up the hat and placed it on your head. Pete scrambled up after you, watching you take graceful steps in your seemingly heavy shoes.

"So, Wonderland? Love it or would you rather leave?" Pete asked after a few minutes of deafening silence.

"I'd leave but I can't fit in any other land. I don't fit in anywhere." You replied softly.

"Oh come on! I'm sure that's not true."

"It's more true than I'd like to admit frankly."

"Well (Y/N), you fit in with me." You smiled slightly but quickly turned away.

"I take it you dislike Wonderland?" You asked.

"Well, I'd rather be back in my own land, but Wonderland isn't so bad." Pete replied. You scoffed and shook your head.

"Try living here. The people, they're horrible. They're all different and weirder than the other, but the see me as the oddest of them all. It's a bit hurtful after a while." You told him.

"There are people like that in my land. They're all different but make fun of other people for being different." Pete explained.

"I guess they're universal."

"Yeah, I guess." You suddenly stopped walking and just collapsed on your knees.

"(Y/N)! You okay?" Pete asked.

"I...I don't even know what to do with my life. I just make tea and confuse people. No wonder they call me insane." You sniffled. Pete sat across from you on the ground and grabbed your hand.

"I don't think you're insane honestly. I think your unique and in life that can take you so far if only you believe." He encouraged. You smiled and wiped your eyes.

"Thank you. Would you like to continue? We're almost to the spot." You asked. Pete smirked and shook his head.

"I think it's time for tea." He suggested. You giggled and pulled out a portable tea set.

"I was actually hoping there would be time for tea." You confessed. Pete laughed and helped you set up the set.
