" Oh please. Of course you are. Even a blind person could see it. " Link smirked. " But don't you think I was scared when that guy pointed a shotgun at me? Of course I was, I thought I was gonna crap my pants. "
Rhett smiled.
" What happened to your cheek? " He asked when he noticed the bandages on Link's cheek.
" I was close to being shot this time. But I'll be fine, I cleaned it and put this thing on it. I'm okay. Stings like crazy though. "
" You sure you're fine? "
" Yeah, it's clean and wrapped up, I'll be fine. "
" If you say so. "
The soft smile on Rhett face dissapeared.
" Are you sure we're safe here? "
" Maybe not all the time, but mostly yeah. "
" What do you mean? "
" When the cops aren't keeping their eyes on us 24/7 anymore and we start going again, maybe we should invest in a mobile home. Whenever people notices that it's us, we'll just move. "
" That is a good idea. What kinda mobile home were you thinking of? "
" I haven't really looked into it, but there's plenty of mobile homes out there. Even some really fancy ones. " Link smiled.
