Amber's POV

"Say you love it"

"No"

"Say it"

"I said no"

"Say it!"

"No!" Arson shakes his head quitting our back and forth conversation.

"You know you love it and that you think I'm the most wonderful person in the world for making you get it."

"I will admit to one thing." I say lifting up a finger while trying not to smile.

"Oh and what is that." He replies raising an eyebrow holding in his own smile.

"I do love it." He starts laughing and I join him letting the atmosphere fill with both of our laughter. "What time is it?" I feel him move his arm and tilt over before he answers me.

"It's three am why."

"I have to go home that's why." We were lying on the ground in a park not too far from my house after he suggested that I needed time to think.

"Oh yeah you do come on." I take his hand and we walk towards my house because his bike would make to much noise.

"Thank you again." He squeezes my hand as a response.

"No need to thank me it was all you I just gave you a little push."

"Mmm that is true so really you were useless tonight."

"Hey I didn't mean it like that." He chuckles while I lightly laugh facing him.

"This is my stop so thank you, for being a friend tonight." I see the slightly falter in his smile at the mention of the word friend.

"Like I said no need to thank me have a good night Amber." He stares at me then places a kiss on my cheek. Before I have time to react he is already walking back the way he came and I am stuck in one space. I close my eyes and let a sigh out walking back to the side of the house climbing up to get to the window. I reach beside my bed under the night stand to take out the journal I have hidden there taking out the pen that marks a fresh new page. Biting the pen before I write was always a habit that I could never break but writing about Arson made me smile that I couldn't place the pen anywhere but the paper. Every word consumed me as I let my thoughts run free from the beginning when I admitted to falling in love to being hurt by seeing him walk away with out him speaking his mind. He was the only focus on my mind and that seemed okay with me at the moment. Closing the journal I let my thoughts consume me and gather the darkness in one place letting me sleep.

One thing I have never welcomed in my life was the sound of something waking me up no matter what it was. Even if the purpose was important especially if I have not slept for a minimum of six hours. Which is why this morning I was not the most conscience person and wasted twenty minutes staring at the black marking that now covered part of my collarbone. I did I actually did it not only that but I let an idiot guide me through the whole thing. I covered my face and groaned thinking my life will be ruined if my parents would see this. There views on tattoos were not good especially on their honorable daughter who had no reason to ever get one. The outer parts of the tattoo were still red meaning I wasn't going to risk covering the tattoo with foundation and having the tattoo get more irritated. Putting away the rest of my make up I picked up my morning routine and drove to school. Walking to the front entrance of the school I heard a pair of footsteps behind me which caused me to stop. "Morning Amb."

"How did I know it would be you Arson?" I asked turning around to meet his eyes. His smile lit up before he chose to answer.

"Because it seems that you have everything about me engraved up here." He pokes my head before walking ahead of me.
