She Taught Me How to LOVE

Chapter 3

Amber's POV

When the lunch bell signaled the end of I stood up and made my way to the lunch room. Arson was in the all of my classes before lunch and he sat down next to me every single time. The girls in the classroom were looking at me as if they were planning a murder mine to be on point. Arson would try to get me to look at him but every time he tried I shot him a look. Sighing I made my way inside stopping by the lunch line to get food. As I was about to pay a hand shot up with green paper in it. I looked up to see the owner of the hand and his eyes caught mine. His light brown eyes pouring into mine and I took a second to look over his face structure. A strong jaw was place on his face a light stubble shown as well. His lips were pink and full looking. I bit my lip then released it when it I heard a sharp in take of breath. My eyes caught the movement of his addams apple bobbing up and down as he was looking down at me with a weird emotion hanging in his eyes. I broke the stare first shaking my head at his hand. "I can pay for that you know."

"No, I know but I had a lot of change dosen't bother me at all take it before I donate it to your sisters of the coven." He smirked and just like that the jerk is back I try to pay but again he pushes my hand to the left glaring at the lunch lady to take it. He finally wins and I retreat my hand shoving my hand to the back of my jean pockets.

"Thank's I guess." Just like that I walked away when i felt a hand grab onto my wrist spinning me around.

"Sorry I didn't mean anything from that." He stated while he looked at me with worry flashing in his eyes but were quickly whipped away with no emotion.

"I didn't take it personally so it's okay." with that I turned around and walked to the table Matt and Lilly were sitting at. "Hey guys."

"Hi so what just happened between you and Bates two seconds ago." Lilly asked.

"Nothing he just payed for my lunch and then commented on my sisters in the coven." Both Matt and Lilly looked at each other with wide eyes then looked at me "What".

"Amber he dosen't pay for anybody else oh he totally has an interest on you." Lilly finally beamed out while Matt just nodded. "Has he tried talking to you at all today after the hall incident you know." She asked listening intently.

" Ya he tried to but I would ignore him."

"Amber why didn't you talk to him if he tried to talk to you come on were your only friends." Matt added after I finished talking about ignoring him. I suddenly felt sadness and then anger as Matt realized what he said he tried to speak "Amber.....I".

"It's fine but you know I can't let anyone in after last year you two were the only exception."

"Amber you know they said it wasn't certain have a little faith will you." Matt was about to continue when the bell rung signaling the end of lunch. I quickly got up and wiped a couple tears that fell on my cheek. I bumped into someone but did not run into them this time I muttered a 'sorry' and quickly made my way to class.

When the day was done I had a handful of surveys to do for home work and a really bad headache. As I made my way across the parking lot I heard the queen bitch shouting at me. "Hey lonely bitch I saw trash today reminded me of you." Her little followers were laughing with her while I just kept walking forward. "Remember he is mine not your's so watch what you do not like he has any intrest in you anyway." When I finally got in my car I pressed my forehead to the steering wheel. Letting out a shaky breath I jumped up slightly when Jake opened the door.

"What are you doing in my car I thought I made you look bad." He had an irritated look on his face and when he turned to me his face softened.

"Amber don't listen to Bates or his whore okay your better than them." I was shocked at his words but then he suddenly smiled which threw me off. "I was tired of trying to act cool and bad boy the ladies love a nice guy." He evilly grinned and I started laughing really hard which he smiled to. Pulling up to the house he got out and went into the house. I followed closely behind him and entered the house. I went straight to my room to and did my homework. Laying down on my bed I closed my eyes to calm down the really big head ache I had.

My mom woke me up with a knock on my door notifying me dinner was ready I did the usual and went down stairs.

Coming upstairs from dinner I hear my computer beep I go over to look at it and see I have a friend request on Facebook. I checked the name of the new friend and read the name. Arson Bates want's to be your friend.  I click the accept button why not he just wants more friends. When I was about to close my computer I received a message. 

Wow eager much are we? -Arson

I'm not the one who Facebook stalked someone. -Amber

Hey you better watch out Amb. -Arson

Amb? -Amber

Yeah it's a nickname only I can use anyway goodnight Amb try not to dream about me. -Arson

Goodnight. -Amber

As I closed the computer and got ready for bed I was smiling like a Cheshire cat until I noticed. I can't let him get to close and I can't get attached to him either. I was going to avoid him but I knew I couldn't I just could'nt let him get to close.
