I rematched my interview to make sure I didn't make a mistake but I did. I forgot to mention Val and how much I missed her. I hope she didn't watch it. She must hate me for that if she did.

I got on my phone and tried to FaceTime.

No answer.

I tried again. Still no answer.

After the fourth time I tried she eventually answered. But the Camera was facing the ceiling. "Val? Hey are you there?" I asked. "Who else would've answered?" She said sarcastically. Yeah she's mad at me..

"Look Val I know I haven't talked to you in months but I'm sorry I've been so busy lately and I'm also very sorry about mentioning everyone and not you I totally forgot"

"You know Shawn that's thing, you forgot"

Her voice cracked. It broke my heart instantly. I know it isn't a big of a deal that I didn't mention her..but to her it is she's highly sensitive and it breaks my heart that I hurt her. "I know I'm such an idiot" I said.

"Shawn..why haven't you talked to me these past months?" She asked. "I was busy Val..you know that"

"You are to busy for me but not busy for Laur, Zach and Chad?" She asked as a tear streamed down her face. "Val you know I love you...I'm sorry"

After a few seconds I realized what I said..I just said I loved her..."I love you too Shawn, you're like the brother I never had..it just upsets me that you like forgot about me"

"I didn't forget about you! I was being rushed with my answers Val I wasn't thinking"

She sighs. "okay fine I forgive you" she says with a small smile. "Really?" I asked. "Yeah you know I can't stay mad at you" she responds. My smile grew.

"Anyways..how's is everything?" I asked. "Good, nothing's really changed." She said, but I could tell she was leaving out something but I left it alone.

"So how's everything with you?" She asked. "Amazing, my career is taking off..and I'm finally recording my full album" I said.

She gasped loudly "Really?! Oh my god that's amazing!!" She says. I nodded as my smile grew bigger.

It's been four hours and we were still talking. "So, Camila?" She asked. "She's great, and you any boys?" I asked hoping she didn't have a boyfriend. Her smile faded "Shawn...there's something I need to tell you." She said.

I gave her a confused look "what is it?"

"Well I---"

"Hey Val!" I heard. Val turns around and sees Laur walking in. "Laur hi!" She says. "Oh my god is that Shawn? Hey!" She says. "Hi Laur" I said with a smile. "I'm sorry to interrupt but I gotta take her somewhere, she'll talk to you later okay!"

Before I could respond the call disconnected. I sighed as I locked my phone. She told me she need to tell me something. What was it? And I hate how I still haven't gotten to tell her how much I really loved her.

Camila is great. I like her a lot.

But she isn't Valerie.
