Lovers&Friends: Twenty-Six

Trey and I have been back from our honeymoon for three days now and I still haven't told him that I think I'm pregnant. I haven't been to the doctors and I haven't taken a test. I'm hoping that it was the stress of the wedding and the media that was causing my period to be late.

In the morning, I woke up to the sound of moving trucks outside the house. I turned my head to see a sleeping Trey. I smiled before I gently removed the covers from my body and got out of bed. I walked barefoot into the bathroom and began getting ready. After washing my face, brushing my teeth, and showering, I was done. When I walked back in the room, Trey was still sleeping. I walked around the room quietly getting dressed, so I wouldn't wake him up.

After throwing on some sweats, no makeup, and doing my hair in a messy ponytail, I left our bedroom and went downstairs into the kitchen. The noises from the moving truck was even louder down there. I was feeling pretty lazy this morning so I decided I would go out and buy breakfast instead of making it. I grabbed Trey's car keys and headed out the door. Before getting into Trey's car, I walked over to the house next door to meet the new neighbors. The movers told me that the owner wasn't home yet, but they would be soon. I thanked them before I was off.

When I got home I could tell Trey was just waking up because he was still in the wife-beater and boxers he went to sleep in. I walked into the kitchen and placed the box of donuts and cups of coffee on the kitchen counter.

"Morning." I smiled.

"Morning babe." Trey replied before he pulled me close and pecked my lips. "Where did you go?" He wondered.

"I was feeling way too lazy to cook. So I brought breakfast instead." Trey laughed. "So eat up!" I told him. The two of us ate our breakfast silently for a while. "Did you see that we have new neighbors?" I asked Trey.

"Yeah. The moving trucks woke me up." He told me.

"Oh. Sorry." I replied.

"It's straight. So hey, do you have plans for today?" Trey asked.

"Actually, yeah, I do. I'm going shopping with Camilla." I told him.

"Oh." Trey replied. I could hear disappointment in his voice.

"Did you want to do something together?" I asked, curious.

"Yeah, I was hoping we could hang today. But it's okay." He told me.

"Awe. I'm sorry baby! But I've been promising Camilla we'd go shopping for days. I can't cancel." I explained. "How about this, we spend all day together tomorrow? Just you and me." I told him.

"I'd like that." Trey smiled. I smiled back at him before he brought his doughnut to my lips which I happily took a bite from before we kissed sweetly.

"I'm gonna go change." I told him, once we pulled away.

"Okay." I smiled halfheartedly at him before leaving the kitchen and going upstairs. Just seconds after I went upstairs, the doorbell rang. Trey got up from his seat and answered it.

"Hi. My mom wanted me to bring these over and-" The stranger started to say but she stopped once she saw who she was talking to. Trey smiled his gorgeous smile at the girl's reaction. "Oh my gosh! You're Trey Songz!!" She screamed.

"Hey,What's up? Nice to meet you." Trey said.

"Omg! Omg! I can't believe I live next to you. This is crazy!" She stated excitedly. Trey chuckled. "I'm Tiana by the way." She Introduced herself.

"Hey, who's at the door?" I wondered, as I came downstairs before standing next to Trey at the doorway.

"It's the new neighbor." Trey answered. I stared at the girl. She looked like she was closer to my age than Trey's. She was shorter than me by maybe two inches. Had long silky light brown hair, and dark brown eyes. She had a very petite and slim body. I had to admit, she was beautiful.
