On the Drunk Train (Tadashi)

  Reader has to bring a drunk Tadashi back home and he is too much to handle.

You were awoken from your dreamless slumber, your eyes landing on a masculine silhouette. One by one, your senses were awakening. The next thing you knew, you heard the sound of clacking. You saw fingers hovering over a keyboard as they typed away. You then realized you weren't in your own home, but in the bedroom of your boyfriend's. The only thing you were wondering was why. You were far too tired to react.

And within seconds, your memory had come back to only a few hours beforehand.

Tadashi had invited you to a college party, to which you instantly agreed to. He had promised you that he wouldn't drink, but that promise was broken once you caught up with him, guzzling his second can of Budweiser. Soon enough, he was wobbly and stuttering. His eyes were crossing in and out as he deeply chuckled. You would never admit to him how cute you thought it was, but that's only because you had to get him home safe.

The drive home wasn't too bad, but getting him inside was your biggest challenge. He giggled loudly going up the stairs as he took his steps in stomps. You did all you could to keep him quiet; if Aunt Cass found out he got drunk, she would lose it. You covered his mouth to keep down his hearty laughs, occasional hiccups and incoherent sentences.

By the time you got to his room, you had to show him that Hiro was fast asleep so he could further understand to be quiet. When he had gotten to his side, you tried to get off his shirt, but he was having none of that. You decided to just let him rest in his beer-scented clothing instead of putting up a fight. Albeit explaining that you were going to sleep on the couch, he started to get whiny, pulling you down to spoon with him. Although he smelled like a strong combination of beer and sweat, his tipsy humming somewhat soothed you into a doze.

And now he was still up at this hour? He was going to get a really bad hangover...You decided to try and get him back to bed. However, before you could even call out his name, you were intensely startled by the opening music from 'The Lion King' blasting quite loudly from the computer. It took everything you had in you to not scream. You watched as Tadashi knelt down, picked up the family cat, Mochi, and lifted him above his head.

"NAAAAAATTTTTSSSS INGOOOONNNYYYYAMMMMAAAA BBBAAAGGGIIITHHHHIIIIII BBBBABBABBAABBAAAAA," he uttered; his voice cracking between syllables.

Now that everything has caught up to you, you were able to properly jump out of his bed and turn off the music.

"Tadashi!" You scolded through your teeth in a hushed tone. "What on Earth are you doing awake?"

Tadashi, who had dropped Mochi as the music shut down, turned to face you. His dazed, brown eyes widened as his bottom lip trembled. "I-I-I-I woke up 'cause the cat jumped on the bed....and my first thought was...lion kiiiiiing," he explained now giggling again.

As much as you wanted to laugh, you had to be firm with your still intoxicated boyfriend. "Tadashi...please just get into bed. You could have woken up Hiro." How his little brother managed to sleep through that fiasco amazed you.

"Noooooooo, I want a waterrrr," Tadashi whined.

"Then I will get you some."

"Noooooo, let meeeeee."

You let yourself laugh a little. "Uh uh. You are in no condition to be getting yourself anything. You just sit on your bed. I'll be in the bathroom getting your water if you need me."

You began to walk away, but Tadashi grabbed ahold of you wrist. "Waaaaaait. No toilet water. I like that kitchen watttteeerrrr."

Huffing, you decided to get him water specifically from the kitchen, but told him to stay put. You poured him some water in a plastic cup (because there was no way you were going to let him handle a glass cup while drunk). All seemed to be going well until you saw him in the middle of the staircase. His hand pressed on the wall, his other hand on his hip, and him giving you some serious bedroom eyes. It was quite the sight to see, but knowing he was far from sober, you managed to stay immune to it.
