So I changed the cover, it's like right there ^^^ tell me if you like it.
Deciding and hour inside was enough, I lead Daniel out the back door and to the patio set. Rolling up in a weird ball, I stared at the stars and enjoyed the silence.
I'm not like a cheesy girl, I won't say that the world just seemed to click. I won't say the idea of me and him seemed amazing because this moment in time just proved our love. I won't
What I will say is it was kinda humid and it wasn't the best idea to come sit out side.
"Are these a usual thing?" Daniel asks and I turn to meet is eyes. The blue orbs just hold so much adoration and happiness. I wasn't that great, and it sucked to know he most likely wouldn't have chosen me if there wasn't a stupid bond.
"Kind of," I shrug and wish I brought out some water. "Parents like to show off to get their name out there." It got a little awkward mentioning my parents, I could tell they would never approve of Daniel. Would he bring them more business? Would he make others envy us? Would he make others come rushing to our sides?
No.
Daniel was simple (well as simple as you could get being a wolf and all) he loved his family and loved his friends. If he was human, he would probably go to a small college, marry right away, have two kids, and grow old. He would have the all American life.
"So... who was that inside?" I sneak a glance and see him staring up at the sky. He is trying to act nonchalant, but it isn't working. His hands are clenched on the chair, his lips are pressed into a thin line, and his eyes are a little to focused.
He was jealous! It made a small flutter in my stomach, and I suppressed a smile.
"That is Gerald. Our parents are pretty close, so they usually stick us together for this kind of stuff. We got to school, don't talk much, a mere acquaintance." I continue to watch his expression. He relaxes a bit and I smirk at what I was about to do.
"He's cute to, I guess that's a plus." A small growl escapes Daniel and I notice his eyes darken when he looks towards me, a little hurt. "Just not my type."
"And what exactly is your type?"
"Well..." I drag out and turn away, but spy on him from the side of my eye. "Nice, funny, caring, has to love his family, had to be excepting," I turn back to him. "And a little possessiveness is cute every once and a while."
It took a second for him to realize I was basically describing him. Yeah I'm not in love, doesn't mean I don't have a crush.
He is like every girls dream guy, and he is hot so it just adds to the perfectness of everything.
"Are you flirting?" He laughs and a my cheeks tint a light shade of pink.
"Whatever," I push his arm lightly. "So what's your type?" What if he liked girls the total opposite of me?
"Sporty, funny, adorable," was I adorable? "honest, and that blush of yours is rather cute." This just caused my cheeks to flare up even more. "A women who knows how to listen to a mans orders is pretty good to."
My mouth drops open. Did he just- no no- but I think... Getting up to leave he grabs my wrist and laughs.
"I was kidding," I roll my eyes and sit down beside him again.
"You better, for a second I thought this" I motion my hands between us "wouldn't work out."
"So you're saying there is a chance?" His eyes are full of hope and a smile spreads across my face.
