Our next show was at the Riverfront Coliseum in Cincinnatti, OH. We had our second show in March at the Celebrity Theatre in Anaheim, CA. We have two more coming up: one in Houston, TX and one in Detroit, MI.

We were having too much fun. It's a lot of hard work and dedication but it's definitely worth it. Selling drugs is much harder believe me. I didn't tell the crew about my night with this girl I met backstage named Angela. That's between me and her. No one has to know, especially Tracy. We were backstage and ready to get on stage.

Jerry approached us with a letter in his hand.

"Guys this is a letter and its written for you."

"What is it?" Dre asked.

Yella interrupted and said "if aint about porn, I dont want to hear it."

We laughed but Jerry didn't.

"Guys this is serious. I'm going to read you the letter and then I want you to tell me if it's funny or not. A song recorded by the rap group N.W.A. on their album entitled Straight Outta Compton encourages violence against and disrespect for the law enforcement officer and has been brought to my attention. Advocating violence and assualt is wrong and we in the law enforcement community take action exception to such action."

"They're talking about Fuck Tha Police," said Cube.

"Yeah guys. This is serious, this is a warning and threat from the federal government and they can come at us a million different ways," Jerry responded.

"Well fuck the law enforcement community, we have freedom of speech so what the fuck can they do to us?" Cube asked.

Ren interrupted and said "man we worked hard on this record. This is our shit, they can't tell us what we can and can't say."

We all started to talk at the same time then Jerry yelled "okay guys settle down! Its obvious that the song they're referring to is F Tha Police. Now this ain't the Crips and the Bloods, this is the FBI. So to stay on the safe side, I think that we probably shouldn't play that so-"

Ren got up and said "well fuck the FBI Jerry. Fuck them."

"Maybe we should take this to the press. We need to show them what type of discrimination and interrogation we're dealing with it," I suggested.

Ren shook my hand and said "yeah I like that E. I'm feeling it."

"Okay well if that's what you guys want to do then go for it," Jerry said.

After that long talk with Jerry, it was time for our show to start. Ohio gave us a big welcome. Almost everyone in the crowd was wearing a t-shirt with our Straight Outta Compton album on the front.

We decided to open the show with Gangsta Gangsta and close it with Straight Outta Compton. Of course I had to throw in Boyz-n-the-Hood. I can never forget my first single.

It's on the N.W.A. and the Posse album and my Eazy Duz It album. I dont know why I never wanted to rap, this is the life.
