Chapter twenty-four

No cuts

I am officially getting clean. My dads are coming home, and I'm dating Finn Hudson. That's right, you heard me, Finn Hudson, is now my boyfriend. I don't think I've ever been this happy.

Now I just need to tell the girls, (and Kurt, obvi) about my weekend. I'm so excited and happy. It really does feel amazing.

Ring ring

I check the screen, and it's from an unknown number. I hesitate at first, but then I answer,

R: hello?
??: hey baby, it's us, dad and daddy, our flight is delayed so you won't see us until tomorrow, we're sorry sweetie
R: oh that's fine, I'll just ask Finn if he can stay with me,
Dad: ooo, whose Finn,
R: well he's kind of my boyfriend,
Dad:  NO SEX!
R: dad! I'm not going to do that,
Dad: ok, we trust you, and as soon as we get back we'll be meeting this Finn guy, ok bye star
R: bye dads, love you
Dad: we love you too!!!

I hang up before it gets any more weirder. Honestly, my dads can be so embarrassing. I appreciate the fact that they care.

I was walking to my locker and some jocks passed by and they didn't slushy me! I'm so happy, for once I actually smile. As I open my locker I feel someone lean against the lockers.

"Hi girlfriend"

I smile and close my locker to see Finn. I kiss his cheek.

"Hi boyfriend" I respond

He takes my hand as we walk to class. It feels nice to have Finn holding my hand, and just....being here.

We continue walking until we pass by Santana and Britney. They were walking with pinkies intwined, but Santana abruptly stopped themselves. Finn and I smile at each other as Santana does her sly smirk, making her way over to us, arms crossed and everything.

"Well well, if it isn't lumps the clown and my best friend, together" Santana smirks

I giver her a look because of the nickname. She just shrugs it off.

"Finally! Finchel babies plan is a go!" Britney claps excited

I glance at Finn confused, and he has the same expression. Then out of nowhere Kurt pops up with Mercedes smiling.

"It's Finn plus Rachel," Kurt explains

Finn and I just laugh,

"Awww, you guys are already so cute!!!" Mercedes squeals
"You know the drill, grimace, break her heart, and I'll break your face, got it?" Santana threatened
"San, calm down" I giggle
"Got it," Finn assures

I smile and I start walking away with my hands still intwined with Finns.

"See you guys in glee" I yell waving goodbye

I'm happy they're happy for me. Hell, I'm happy, I'm happy! I go to my first period and Finn kisses me goodbye.

"See you later beautiful" he says walking away

I already feel my cheeks burning as he walks away. I still can't believe I'm dating Finn Hudson, schools quarterback and glee stud, also my best friend. It's like a dream come true. I'm actually happy my dad's are meeting him. I hope they like him.

I walk in and take my seat. A couple minutes later, the late bell rings. I see Quinn waddle in and take a seat next to me. We haven't really spoken since the whole diary thing.

"I heard you and Finn are a couple, is it true?" She asks me

She's only six months pregnant, but she can still be scary. And man does news travel fast!

"Yes, I'm dating Finn" I answer proud

I face her and she gives me a small smile. Which she almost never does to me. Then she tells me something really weird,

"I'm happy for you"

The really really weird part is, I think she meant it.
