"IT'S SO PERFECT!" Toni screeched through the phone and into my ear.

"Glad you like it," I respond, laughing.

"What does that mean?"

"Nothing, just that I helped," I say, shrugging even if she wasn't there to see it.

"Helped? With what?"

"With the filming, stupid."

"OH MY GOD. You filmed the whole thing?"

"No, just some parts. Michele filmed the rest."

"Michele?" Toni asked. "Oh... You mean Mama Mahone?"

"Uh... Ya. Austin's mom."

"Oh... But anyways, damn Austin looked good when he was sitting on the sidewalk with his shades and- UGH HE'S AMAZING."

"Hah," I snicker, kicking my feet up on the study table in my room. "You're welcome."

I can hear the confusion in Toni's voice as she says, "What do you mean?"

"Who do you think picked out that outfit for the boy?"

"No way," Toni says. "No fricking way. Nicole Porter, I love you so much. Damn. You actually picked that for Austin to wear. Can I just tell my followers because they are gonna love y-"

"No," I respond right away.

"No? I can't tell? Why not?"

"Um, Toni," I start, pulling my feet off the table and slamming them on the floor. "You know I love you, and Austin loves you guys, but Mahomies can be brutal."

"What do you mean?"

"If you haven't noticed the drama in the fanbase, y'all Mahomies can hate."

"Well, ya, I mean... They're not gonna... Um... Fine. You're right. Nevermind."

I roll my eyes, laughing. "You know what they say, 'Haters gonna hate, Mahomies gonna love.'"

"Damn." There's some faint sounds coming from the other line. "Sorry," Toni starts, "I gotta go."

"And you're going where?"

"Mall."

"And with whom are you going to the mall with?"

"Someone." I know she's smiling right now.

"Raymond?" I ask, lifting my eyebrows.

Toni giggles. "Ya know it, girl! Anyways, talk to you later."

"Alright. Have fun!" Anyways, I've got some plans of my own.

Austin and I are in the park again. I'm at the top of the slide, perched over the edge. He's sitting on one of the swings, rocking himself back and forth with his foot.

"I never knew you played guitar," he said, from below me.

"Well, I do."

"I'd love to hear you play."

"I'm not that good though."

"I'm sure you are."

I stifle a laugh. "I guess you could say decent."

Austin chuckles softly. I look up at the bright blue sky. The sun isn't too bright and there are a few clouds out. I turn my head to see a few people, just some middle aged woman jogging, a guy getting out of his car and something in particular that catches my eye. I notice a little girl and boy, who look probably around 7 or 8, sitting in the grass not far from us. The girl grins at the boy as he seems to be telling her something. She tags him on the arm gently before shooting up and running away. He pushes himself up and chases after her. I can hear their quiet laughs and screams from here. How cute.
