The One That Got Away

Chapter 3: The Answer

"Do you want to go out sometime?"

All sorts of things were going through my mind at this time. Did he like me? Why did he ask me out? What should I answer? What will happen if i say no? What will happen if i say yes? Will we still be friends?

"Arianna? Arianna?" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Harry saying my name.

"Uh ya?" I said.

"I asked you if you wanted to go out sometime?" Harry asks. "You dont need to say yes." he says, starting to walk away but I stop him.

"Um......sure". I respond.

He smiles, "How about tomorrow night at....7?" He asked.

"Uh ya thats fine". I said.

And when I answered the school started piling up with students.

"See ya around. "Harry said and walked away.

"Arianna! Arianna!" My head snapped towards the direction my name was being called. Emily and Savannah were running towards me. "Arianna!"

"Hey". i said simply.

"Hey, so how did the "touring" as you wanna call it with Harry?" Savannah questioned.

I grabbed both their wrists and pulled them into the bathroom. Once we got inside I checked the stalls to see if anyone was in there. Thankfully no one was so I could now start talking.

"Ok, is it that important?" Emily questioned.

"Harry asked me if I wanted to go out with him sometime?" i said but it came out kind of like a question.

"WHAT?! "they both yelled.

"Ya and i said..yes." i responded.

'Oh my god when is it?" Savannah asked.

"Tomorrow at 7. I said."

"Ok well we are both coming to help you get ready "Emily said.

Before i could protest, the bell rang. We gotta get to science now.

"C'mon Arianna". Emily said. "We're gonna be late". She grabbed my wrist and started walking to science.

Once we got into the class me and Emily got into our seats. Harry walked in talking to Louis. Well someone got a friend fast.
