The One That Got Away

Chapter 53

"Harry we need to leave. " I say.

"Why?" he asks.

"Can we just go please?"

"Uh yeah sure. " He shrugs and takes my hand.

"Guys we are going to leave." Harry tells everyone.

"Why?" Niall asks.

"Arianna wanted to. " He shrugs and we start walking.

We are stopped just a few feet from the door, by the person I saw. That's why I wanted to leave.

"Hey guys. " He smiles at us.

Harry stiffens up and I look up at him and give him a smile.

"Hey.." I mumble.

"What are you guys doing here?" he asks.

"I wanted to know the same about you." Harry says.

"Uh...I'm here with my girlfriend. You didn't answer my question now. " Kyle answers.

Did he cheat on her too? Or is he just waiting for the right time?

"We are here with our friends. " I reply.

When Kyle came out of the house and outside to the pool, I was trying my hardest not to snap at him.

I was just giving plain answers but I don't care.

"So you have a girlfriend?" Harry questions.

"Yeah her name is Chelsea. " He replies.

I try not to say something rude, but I fail and the words just slip out of my mouth.

"Oh so did you cheat on her too? Or are you still planning on it?"

"Arianna..." Harry whispers into my ear.

"I..." Kyle is at loss for words. I know it.

"Whatever. " I roll my eyes and take my hand out of Harry's, walking out of the place.

"Arianna!" Harry yells from behind me.

I turn around and see him coming towards me. He hugs me tightly once he reaches me.

"Harry..its not that big of a deal. " I tell him.

When he pulls away he looks into my eyes, "You sure?"

"Yes. " I reply.

When we get into his car he looks over at me again.

"Do you want to talk about what happened?" he asks.

"Not now. Maybe later. " I tell him and he nods.

"Harry, Daniella called and wanted to know if we want to hang out tomorrow!" I yell from the living room.

"Sure. "He walks in and takes a seat next to me.

After a few minutes of silence, I ask him, "Do you want to know what happened between me and Kyle?"

"Yes..but if you don't want to tell me now you don't have to. " Harry tells me.

"No it's fine. You deserve to know. " I sigh.

~Flashback~

"Something seems off. " Savannah tells me.

"What do you mean?" I ask her.

"Just Kyle....he seemed off before....well these couple of months" Savannah says.

"What do you mean 'he seemed off'?" I ask putting air quotes.
