The One That Got Away

Chapter 33

"Arianna?" I hear a knock at my bedroom door.

"What?" I say.

"Do you want to talk?" Daniella asks.

"No. " I respond sinking back further into my covers.

"Are you sure?" Brooke asks.

"Yes. " I say

I hear them huff and then footsteps. My phone starts ringing and I see that its Savannah.

"Yes?" I say

"I'm coming over. " She says

"What? Why?" I ask

"Because. Too bad." She says and hangs up.

I don't know why everyone wants to come over my house. I don't want to talk about it. Maybe she wants to come over because I threw the box into my closet without giving it a second glance since two weeks ago and I never gave her the shirt.

If anyone comes over and wants to talk I'm really going to snap. Why does everyone want me to talk to them? Whats the big deal? Harry only broke up with my over the phone and probably doesn't even care right now.

The more that I'm thinking about it, I'm crying more.

"Arianna?" Savannah knocks on my door.

"Go. " I tell her

"No. " She says. "If you don't open the door I will break it down"

"No". I say

"Ok." She says and I hear footsteps down the hall. I hear keys jingling and I quickly get up and put my desk chair under the doorknob.

"Arianna!" Savannah screams

"I don't want to talk!" I scream back

"We arent!" she screams again.

I go and lay back on my bed before I hear her sigh and walk away.

Moments later I hear my balcony door open and I pick my head up from my pillow.

"Savannah!" I yell

"What? You wouldn't let me come in. That was my only choice!" she says putting her hands up in defense and then looking at the door.

"Arianna! I thought you put another lock. What the hell is that" Savannah yells pointing to the door

"A chair under the doorknob. " I say in a 'duh' tone.

"Anyway, we are going out later. " She tells me.

"Uh no we are not. " I say

"Yes we are. You have no choice" Savannah tells me with a straight face

"With who?" I ask considering I probably have no choice in going.

"Me, you, Emily, Gabby, Austin and Justin. " She tells me.

"Why do I need to go again?" I ask

"Because you have been in this bed for two weeks and you haven't gone out. "

"Why do I need to go out?"

"Arianna, because you need to forget about Harry. He broke up with you because he probably couldn't do the 'long distance' thing. Do you realize that he is probably so busy with recording and shows that he isn't even thinking about you right now? Me, Emily and Gabby have been here for you this whole time while Harry is out becoming famous not giving a shit about you. We will be here for you all the time no matter what happens." Savannah tells me.
