The One That Got Away

Chapter 28

~2 weeks later~

It's almost homecoming and we haven't got our dresses yet. Luckily, we are going today now that school has ended.

Stephanie is driving to the mall and so Savannah in the passengers seat and me and Emily in the back.

After a few minutes we get to the mall and go into the store to find dresses.

I spot a few but they don't stand out to me.

After of what seems likes hours of searching, we all finally find our dresses.

Mine is like a cream, nude color with a sparkly thingy at the waist and it's high low.

Emily's is a long red dress with a sparkly thingy also at the waist.

Savannah's is a long dress too but from the waist up its gold and has a cutout under the arm and the bottom is pink and flowy.

And.

Stephanie's is a baby pink color with silver sequence on top of the waist.

After we pay, we get back into the at and put the dresses neatly hanging up so they wot get wrinkled and what not.

"So did anyone ask you yet Steph?" Emily asks Stephanie.

"Actually yes...." Stephanie responds embarrassed a bit.

"Oh my god who?" Savannah asks.

"Uh.Niall...." She says.

"Oh he's cute." Emily says.

As we get into the car, I spot Louis and.Liam? Together with..Zayn.

Ok....

So homecoming is in a few days and everyone is spazzing.

Me and Emily signed up to help decorate a little. We are now in the process of trying to hang up the big poster that says, "2013 Homecoming"

"This is so tiring!" Emily whines.

"You signed up. " I say

"So?"

"So what?"

"I don't know. " Emily laughs.

After we finish half of the huge gym, I head home.

Everyone is gathered in the living room

"What's going on?" I ask and everyone snaps their heads back to me.

"Daniella is waiting for her latter for college. " My mom answers.

"Oh....so you are going to college?" I ask my sister.

"Well I have to wait for the letter...I applied for the University of London it's kind of close. " Daniella says.

"Oh when is it coming?" I ask.

"It should by today..." she responds smiling. "Can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Sure. " I say and wait for her to come next to me. She grabs my wrist and pulls me into the kitchen.

"It's not gonna be the same as last time right? "she asks right when we get into the kitchen.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"Like when I left you guys here for Miami and that stuff.." Daniella says.

"No at least it's close by so you can visit." I say.

"That's why I applied for this college and others in London but I didn't get accepted...hopefully this one will let me in. " Daniella says and the doorbell rings.
