As soon as we walk into the funeral home I spot Mitzuko's parents. Honestly they look a lot better then I thought they would, but it'll all go back again in a minute. We make our way to our seats. Right in front of us is her casket. Right in front of us lies her dead body.
...
The ceremony goes on but I'm not listening. I know if I do I'll never stop crying. Finally a slideshow of her pictures shows. I can feel my eyes tearing up. Stay strong. Mitzuko wouldn't want you to cry. A picture of the both of us flashes on the screen. I can't help but choke. The tears are falling. I can't see anything.
...
When the ceremony ends we're aloud to go up and say our last goodbyes to her. I walk up. She's dressed in a simple white kimono. She looks beautiful.
"Mitzuko... I love you.... I will always love you... goodbye Mitzuko."
I lean down and kiss her on the forehead.
...
After the ceremony we head over to her house. As soon as I walk in I can feel the sad tension. Everyone is wearing black. Everyone is crying or upset. I can't take it so I go upstairs to her room. It looks the same way she left it. Still her small tv and her rainbow walls. I notice something though. The picture she had flipped over sits by her bed.
