Star's POV

I couldn't believe it. Marco never came home. He is probably with her again... I don't care...
Who am I kidding?

I was back at square one. Just. Desperate again. I shouldn't let my life revolve around a boy. I am future queen of Mewni... not some boy's plaything...

Jackie is a snake... and tonight I was going to prove it.

-7 pm-

Marco's PoV

I love Star, I really do... but Jackie is everything I want and... she is giving me so much attention lately... today she even let me touch her butt! Star would never allow that... maybe I don't love Star.

I don't care for now. I had a date with the hottest Jackie ever! Star shouldn't know.

Star's POV

I smiled at Marco, happy that he is back.
"Listen Star, I have to go help Furguson with some maths tonight. I'll be home by 10. If I'm not, don't wait up. Ok?" He stated and walked past me.
"Ok then!" I said and believed his words.

I walked to the bathroom and got in the shower and heard the door close.
Prepare to break down Jackie...

Marco's POV

I stopped by the local flower shop and bought some blue flowers for Jackie. Tonight will be fun.
I got there at 7:30 and I knocked on the door blushing.
She opened it and my jaw dropped. It doesn't look like we are going out tonight!
She dragged me inside and to her room...

Tonight WILL be fun!

-9:30 pm-

Star's POV

I was ready. I got my flashlight and supplies ready and snuck out of the house.
I knew exactly where she lived.
I started my quest.

After about 20 minutes of sneaking around town, I saw her house, wow... The lights were on... I slipped closer and touched the door. It was open.
Instantly I slipped in and snuck to her room. She wasn't alone... The voice with her sounded familiar.
Marco?!

I slammed the door open and stood there angrily. Jackie frantically grabbed her shirt and Marco covered his torso.

I had tears in my eyes. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

"Star, this is not what it looks like I swear!" Marco pleaded. I shook my head and looked at Jackie. "Sorry butterflop." She said with a smug grin and curled hair around her finger.
I had no words.

Marco tried to come closer and I pushed him back. "Be with her." I said coldly. "It's not like your words meant anything in the first place. You never loved me." My heart was broken. "Star! I can explain!" He tried. "No Marco! You have done enough. You lied to me... you said you were going to help Furguson. I come here to find something out and... here you are... kissing my mortal enemy. I can't trust you. Never talk to me again." I turned around, took off the necklace he gave me 2 months ago and threw it on the floor. "Goodbye Marco, I hope you're happy." And with that I stepped out of the door and walked into the night. All to never come back again.
