Chapter 13 - The Test part 2

He smirked at me when he saw me. Damn that demon. Yeah, you guessed it right. My opponent was Sean Caleb Norwood.

"Looks like it's destiny's will." He said while smirking

"There's no fuckin' destiny." I replied whispering

"That's why I said it."

We're just given 5mins for this round. The sign was given to start then I started to attack him but he just effortlessly blocked my strikes. Damn! He's not responding major attacks but just a defense. He's even smirking like teasing me. He started to attack but just smooth moves. I don't want to look like a trying hard fighter so I responded also some smooth moves and play along. He smirked more when he realized I'm just playing along with his moves. He wrapped my waist and pulled me closer so I forcedly clutched his hand off my waist and locked it. He was about to give a punch with his other hand but I gave an immediate action so I missed it. He forcedly got his hand I'm holding and locked my elbow so I felt sudden pain because he's holding it hard. I kicked his leg but it looks like he never felt anything at all so he freely turned me around and locked my shoulder so I gritted my teeth because of the pain. I crawled my feet until it reached his legs and clung it with mine then forced to drop off and punched his chest. (A/N: pls lng po kung sakali lang, huwag po kayong DM sa mga sentences xD maging close minded po muna tayo xD ahaha! Continue reading!) I made a high kick but he bowed down and hit my legs. I was about to out balance but fortunately, I gained my balance and still standing on my feet. Now, he's starting to have hard strikes but I'm trying to surpass it and vise versa.

"Time's up. You're both good. Next pair, on the center."

WHAT?! We're not yet done!

He started to walk off the center then as I followed my eyes on him, he disappeared again. But not just like a pop. He just moved fast. So damn fast.

I just went back to my seat earlier then Levi and Justine welcomed me.

"Hey! Ano yun? Akala ko talaga mananalo na siya eh. Hehehe. Peace, Caisley. Ang galing din kasi ni Sean eh. As in. He's... totally awesome. Pero nakapagtataka talaga na tie kayo. I mean, magaling ka naman pero kasi--"

"Shut the hell up Levi. I'm not asking for your fucking opinion."

I saw them staring at each other like their eyes are in state of conversation but I don't fuckin' care. I'm really pissed with the outcome. I would accept the result if I lose but not having a tie battle with a cursed guy.

The week passed and the physical test had done. And I'm not mistaken for my thought that the school management made it fair for us all. We undergone common sports such as football, basketball, volleyball and other sports including 'ball'. We also undergone swimming, badminton and other sports that exists here in this elite university.

"YOUR RANKING IN PHYSICAL TESTS HAVE ALREADY POSTED. BUT THIS TEST ISN'T DONE YET. YOU ARE ALL AWARE THAT WE WILL TEST YOUR MENTAL ABILITIES, TOO. NO MORE LONG INTRODUCTIONS, THE ACADEMIC TEST WILL START NOW. YOUR SCHEDULES OF EXAM ARE ALREADY IN YOUR LOCKERS SO JUST GRAB IT AND BURN YOUR HEADS."

I followed what the principal had said and walked through my locker.

"I guess, there's nothing to be worried now. Geez. I remembered should be worried for my scores last tests. I just hope it doesn't sucks that much. But honestly, my whole body's still aching. Para na akong balbado. Aish"

I turned to see Levi.

"Don't hope so. It really sucks."

She turned her gaze at me with an arched eyebrow.
