Ethan is dropping you off at your house right now. You just finished a whole day of adventures in a jungle and amazing food. Its midnight and he's pulling up into your driveway and you feel those butterflies again.
"Thank you, Ethan.", you say, waiting for him to kiss you. When he's hesitant, you get impatient and open the car door.
"Wait!", he yells. You close the door and look at him, "Look...", he grabs your hands and pulls it to him, "It's Valentine's day and we just finished with dinner and the whole Safari date, but I got you something to keep forever."
He reaches into the back seat and pulls out a box.
"Wait!", you say before he gave you the box, "I wanna show you what I got for you first.", you open your door and kiss him on the cheek. "Come on.", you whisper. You walk towards your front door and wait for him to park the car. He parks and takes his time to join you. You take his hand and open your front door. You walk into the kitchen. He sits down and you sit on his lap. "I love you, okay?", you say as you hop up and take your jacket off.
"Yes!", he screeches.
"You're not getting a show.", you say, teasingly. "At least...", you say, kissing his neck, "at least not right now."
"No, see, you're such a tease.", he whines as you walk away and he pulls you back.
"Grayson!", you yell.
"As soon as i'm turned on, you yelled my brothers name and," he made a deflating noise with his mouth and you begin to die of laughter, "it's gone."
Ethan begins laughing and sees Grayson coming from upstairs with a box. Grayson kneels to Ethan and Ethan takes his box.
"Open it weirdo!", Grayson said, lightly shaking the box.
He rushes to open it and there are a pair of keys,"Keys?"
"Check in the garage to say what for." He jumped up and opened the garage door to see a Range Rover 2015. His heart skipped a beat at the idea of your love for him, he stood speechless. "Go inside.", you say, letting him go.
He jumps into the car as You hop into the passenger seat and reach into the back grab a pair of shoes that you got him. He looked at you then at the shoes.
"Really?", he asks, you smile and hand the box to him. He unwraps it and finds the Air Max 90 in all white. "Aw sweet!"
He hugged you and kissed your cheek, "Like it?", you asked.
"I love it, baby!", he jumps. "Now for my present." He hops up and says, "It's in my other car though."
You laugh and say, "Okay."
He runs into the house and you imagine him going out of the door. A few moments pass and he runs back.
"Hey.", he says, breathlessly. You laugh at his effort to be "cool". "So... I am in love you... as you know-" he says right before laughing. "But um... I know we're young, but-" He grabs the small box and opens it. There was a ring that looked like a crown.
"Ethan!", you say, covering your mouth.
"Here's a ring to let you know I eventually will pop the question.", he says.
You laugh and hug him. He hugs you tighter. You back away and hold your hand out. He places the ring on your finger.
"I love you.", he said.
