"I'm gonna go and get something to drink, you want something?", Ethan asked as he jumped up from your comfy spots.
"Ooh, I left kit kats in the freezer, could you go and grab them for me?"
"Sure.", Ethan walked over to the fridge and grabbed his smoothie that Grayson had made for him.
Then, as he walked he remembered your order and turned back around to grab it. He opened up the fridge and saw your kit kats and smiled. Reached out for them and turned to join you.
"Thank you.", you smiled.
"Why do you like them better frozen?", Ethan asked, sitting down again.
"Everything is better frozen.", you say, opening the package. Ethan scoffs and your jaw drops, "You don't believe me?!" Ethan shrugs and you take it in such offense. "Okay fine, try one.", you asked.
You stuck up the bag and he takes the wrapping off and has trouble breaking it off and you light laugh and help him.
You guys finally got the chocolate free and Ethan was surprised, but changed his face rapidly, "Okay, but that's one thing-"
"Still better frozen, so ha ha.", as you stuck your tongue out.
He shrugs and sticks to his point, "I don't know, it's still just one thing-"
"Alright fine," you look around the room and spot your McFlurry you an hour ago, "we'll test the McFlurry!"
"The McFlurry? You sure?"
"Positive," you get up and he walks towards the fridge to open up the freezer and waits there, you walk over and say, "Go on, try it now, them stick it in there."
He shrugs and takes a spoonful of your McFlurry and watch as he puts it in the fridge, "What's that?"
You look at what he points at and it's your wrapped up hershey's bars, "OH! While we wait..." you stuck your hand in the freezer to grab the bag, "we can munch on these."
"What do we call this?"
"You're right, if it's our thing, we need a name.", you say, you both nod along and you snap your fingers and say, "The Freeze."
"No!", he says, "That sounds weird." You shrug and he takes another moment to speak, "What about the freezer effect?"
You nod, "The freezer effect is now our effect."
He smiles while you both walk over to the couch and he wraps his arms around you, "Ready to watch this dumb movie?"
"Just because you're not scared of scary movies, doesn't make every scary movie dumb!", you yell as you turn to face him.
He laughs and presses play on his screen and you two adjust your bodies to let the laptop center. As Insidious played on the screen, you two sank further into each other's bodies.
"Good right?", you asked as he munched on the chocolate and he just smiled in response.
