"You ready, babe?", you ask Grayson as you get ready to leave your 2nd period to head out to Nutrition.
He looked up at you and said, "Yes, but Mr. Edlin called you."
You look up and turn to your teacher.
"What's up?", you ask him, approaching his desk.
"Well, I just wanted to let you in on a little secret."
"A secret?", you ask.
He chuckles and said, "Yeah, well -- okay so, basically i need a TA after school and I have a whole list of people that want the job, but I feel like you're the only one capable for it."
"Oh my gosh! Yes! I'd love to!", you yelled. You looked around and saw no one in the class. "The bell must have rang."
"Yeah, here I'll walk you out.", he says, walking towards the door.
You smile and walk behind him.
You walk through the halls and begin walking towards the lunch tables.
"So will you?"
"Yes, oh my gosh, yes. It's just what I need.", you said, jumping with joy.
"For your Résumé?", he asked, politely. You nodded and looked around.
Everyone was starring at you and recording.
"Thank you, Mr. Edlin.", your best friend said, taking your arm.
"No prob. Have fun.", he said, walking off.
"Why is everyone starting at me?", you ask.
She looks at you and begins walking.
You follow her. There was Grayson. On a built up stage waiting for your arrival.
"Grayson, what are you doing?", you ask.
He takes you up the stage and holds your hand the whole way there. He grabs a microphone and turns to the crowd.
"I love you.", he said as he pecked your forehead. You blush and said that you loved him too. "And because I love you I'm doing this for you."
You blush and turn to the crowd as he does.
"Real quick! Where my freshman at?!", he asked. A part of the crowd went wild. "Where my sophomores at ?!?" Another part of the crowd went wild. "Juniors?!?", then another. "And last but not least, WHERE MY SENIORS AT?!?" Then it was like zombies took over because it was like high pitch screams were the music.
You laugh and look back at Grayson.
"I believe they have something to ask you."
And from different sides from the area you heard, "Take Grayson to Prom!!"
You laughed and looked at Grayson. He was holding roses and a poster. You laugh again and say yes. He picks you up and twirls you around.
