Chapter 5 (Volturi)

Vanessa's pov
My eyes flutter open, I looked around. I sat up oh my gawd did I actually sleep? My muscles were tense, I stretched. I got up and brushed my teeth and washed my face. I went into my closet and picked out a random outfit, I went back into my bathroom and took a shower. After that I got up, putting on my clothes and stuff. I did my hair and sprayed myself with some perfume, I did my makeup. I did my hair than pulled it up into a nice bun. "Vanessa can you come down here for a second?" Emmett yelled from downstairs. I walked at a human pace until I reached the bottom of the stairs. I saw everyone standing there except Aiden. "The Volturi are coming." Alice said I cringed lightly. "Okay." I said "Let's go." I added "You haven't eaten in a while, i got you this." Carlisle said handed it to me. It was cold "But it's cold. And I rather eat a deer." I said handed it back "We don't have time for this." Rosalie said rolling her eyes "Well I'm going to make time." I said I ran outside and as sniffed the air. I smelled bear. "Bear." I whispered I took off running toward the scent, I stopped before I came to the bear. I peeked from behind the tree, the bear was eating a dear. I licked my lips, I waited for the right moment than I ran at the bear, I tackled to the ground by a cougar. It tried to claw at my face, but I grabbed it's neck and sunk my teeth into it. I drunk the blood hungrily, but I was still hungry. The bear was gone..shit! I sniffed the air again and found it, I took off running toward the scent. I found it in a cave. "Vanessa don't go in there." I heard Bella whisper I look up in the trees and see the Cullen's, yolo. I ran into the cave it was dark at first, but my sight helped. The bear was sleeping, I threw a pebble at it. It woke up growling at me I decided to scare the Cullen's. But I thought of something else so Edward didn't know. The bear roared at me, it lunged at me. I screamed at the top of my lungs, I wrapped my arms around it and sunk my teeth into its neck. I relaxed as the Bears blood ran down my throat, when there was nothing left. I set the beat down. "Is she dead?" I heard Bella ask, I came out of the cave. Everyone sighed in relief, I burped. "Excuse me." I said covering my mouth. "Are you ready?" Jasper asked I nodded. We went to the gigantic open field, the Volturi showed up minutes later. "Hello dear Cullen's, Vanessa." Aro said I nodded bowing slightly. "Your mother Victoria, caused great trouble." He said "Yes I know, I am thankful she is dead now." I said wow that sounded really harsh oh well. "Come come child." Aro said I used my vampire speed and went over to him. He took my hand in his, "My my..you've found your mate...I can't see anything else before the army, you have great powers. Let me ask you this?" He said letting my hand go. It dropped to my side. "Would you like to join the Volturi?" He asked tilting his head. I looked deep into his eyes. "NO I would not like to join you." I said sternly crossing my arms. "Aw maybe another time, you've ever chose your a vegetarian." He said chuckling lightly "You live life, have fun for now. Goodbye dear Cullen's." Aro said than they were gone. I turned to the Cullen's. "I didn't die!" I said Emmett laughed everyone else smiled. "Aro didn't ask about Aiden being human why?" Edward asked "I made him all vampire." I explained brushing my shoulders with my hand. "Now that I'm alive, I will be moving on." I said "But you can't." Bella said "Why can't I?" I asked putting my hands on my hips. She came over to me and hugged me tightly I was taken back. I slowly wrap my arms around her. "Because your family now." She said I smiled I sniffed her woah she smelled good. "Dude you smell good, Edward how the hell do you-" I said Esme cut me off. "Language." She hissed I laughed "okay I'm sorry mother, Edward how the HECK do you control yourself around her?" I asked she pulled away flipping her hair. "Because I'm fabulous." She said I laughed "Sure you are." I said I felt someone behind me, I turn around quickly and go to punch them. They caught my fist, it was Aiden. "Am I early?" He asked I laughed "Try late." I said he let my hand go. "Can we play baseball?" Alice asked "Yes I've always wanted to play!" I said clapping we went back to the house I changed and grabbed my bat that was in my closet.

I skipped downstairs, I waited for everyone to get ready. "EVERYONE HURRY UP!! I'm ready to go! Go! Go!" I yelled upstairs. I sat on the couch my feet perched up on the table, I stared at the vase across the room. I thought of it moving, I started lifting up in the air. I screamed and it fell onto the floor breaking. I heard footsteps than everyone came downstairs. "What happened?" Rose asked looking at the vase. "I um made it move..with my mind." I said shocked Alice smiled. "Finally, you found out." She said I looked at her "You have the gift of telekinesis." She said giggling. "That's so cool." I wanna see if I can make it more again." I said I focused on the vase the pieces started to lift up slowly, "I'm back!" Aiden said walking in my eyes snapped in his direction and a piece of vase flew at him. He caught it swiftly, it cut his hand. I was at his side in seconds, he dropped the piece of vase and looked at me. I grabbed his hand and looked at it. His blood smelled so good, I licked my lips. "Vanessa don't." Someone said before I knew it, I was sinking my teeth into his hand. In seconds I was ripped away from him, Emmett dragged me away from him. "He taste so good, I want more!" I yelled struggling in his grip. I blacked out from my crazy outburst.
