Appearance: Aspen is small compared to the others her age, standing at only 5' 4'', but she doesn't let that stop her from achieving her goals. She has long reddish-brown hair that tumbles past her shoulders in waves. Her chestnut brown eyes accommodate a tinge of red-orange which matches her hair perfectly. Aspen's figure is slim from the lack of enough food over the years. Her pale face is flawless and smooth, and often seems to radiate or glow. Her slender nose and wispy lips are small and the proportion match her meager figure.
Personality: Aspen is a timid girl who always keeps to herself in Seven. She is very clever and creative, often finding unique way to accomplish difficult obstacles. She is very observant, and can remember ever small detail.
Background: Aspen never grew attached to her parents, but she supported a strong bond with her two siblings. Her older brother and sister were twins, and were very protective of Aspen. When Aspen was ten, her sixteen year old brother was reaped. He was fighter, and that year the Career pack had been eliminated early on. The arena had messed with the tributes' minds, and her brother could endure quite a bit mentally. He managed to make it back home to his two sister. Two years later, when Aspen was twelve, her eighteen year old sister volunteered for her best friend. Aspen watched her sister make it to the final four, but she was brutally murdered by her ally. Aspen shut herself away from the world, only communicating with her brother. She's had a dark past, but in the last year she has started to grow out of her past as she begins a better life.
Reaped/Volunteered: Reaped
Strengths: Aspen is fast despite her small legs. She can endure lots of pain, both mentally and physically. She has knack for reading people, as well. In Seven, her father taught her how to use an axe, yet she never got the hang it. The axe proved much too heavy for her, and she resided with her small knives which her older brother had given her years before. They work well for her, and her aim with her knives has become very deadly.
Weaknesses: Aspen's size has always been a disadvantage for her. Aspen isn't strong enough to lift and wield an axe, sword, and most weapons. Aspen is socially awkward, and finds it very difficult to start a conversation. Aspen fears heights, and failure. She doesn't like letting people down.
Token: Aspen's token is a pastel orange plastic bracelet her sister had made. Her sister had given it to her brother during his Games, but he gave it back when he returned. Aspen's sister gave it to Aspen right before she began her games, and Aspen has never taken it off. Whenever she is nervous or scared, she unintentionally fiddles with the one charm with Summers on it.
