Possession [boyxboy]

1. "um...i'm one of the biggest bad boys at this school..."

"I don't know what it is man, but he's adorable." One of my two best friends, rambled on about this guy that he's like obsessed with or something. "He's one of the cutest things I've ever seen." Jacob continued to ramble as we made our way to lunch.

I rolled my eyes and looked over at my other best friend, Hunter, as he just smiled slightly at me. I sent him a lopsided smile as we entered the cafeteria.

We got in line and got our lunch, while Jacob still went on and on about this Tim kid. "He's just so-right there." Jacob said suddenly, to which me and Hunter followed his line of sight to see him looking at a table.

A table of rejects.

"Dude, we're not sitting there!" I said as I grabbed him by the arm and turned him around to face me.

"But Tim is sitting there." He said as if it was obvious.

"I think you can go one period without him."

"But I only have lunch with him. And if I want him to fall for me then I have to flirt with him. And the only way for me to flirt with him is if we sit with them."

I rolled my eyes and glanced over at Hunter to see him smiling slightly. I turned back around to face Jacob again, but when I did, he was already heading to their table.

Hunter and I watched as he grabbed a chair from a nearby table and moved the girl next to Tim over and then shoved his chair right against Tim's. He threw his tray down before sitting down and throwing his arm over Tim.

I rolled my eyes and started making my way towards the table, Hunter following close behind.

"Sup babe." I heard Jacob say to Tim as we got to the table.

I looked at the expressions of everyone at the table, their faces were priceless. They all looked so shocked and scared.

So obviously me and Hunter smirked before pulling two more chairs up to the table.

I sat down next to Jacob, after that other girl who was sitting there had freaked out and ran to the other side of the table. She was now hiding behind this kid across from me who was obviously trying to act tough and brave for her.

Hunter brought his chair up next to this other girl that was sitting next to Tim.

The girl, who seemed to be really quiet and dark, looked over at Hunter with a terrified expression. But one smile from him and she was sent blushing.

I looked over at the other end of the table to see who the last person was. It was this boy, he had glasses on his face and a math book in front of him. He was still gawking at the scene around him, as was everyone else around him.

But I couldn't take my eyes off him. There was something about him. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I knew that I wanted to get closer to him. I needed to.

Before I could stare any longer though, Tim stood up from his seat and faced towards Jacob.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" He practically yelled at Jacob.

"Yeah!" The one girl, who I think her name was Kaitlyn, yelled at Jacob before trying to hide behind the guy trying to act tough as Jacob glared at her.

"Hey," I heard Tim say as he hit Jacob's arm. "dont glare at my friends! Now, I asked you a question: what the hell do you think you're doing?"

I looked at Jacob to see him smirking. "I'm having lunch with my boyfriend and his friends." He quickly stood up and grabbed Tim in his arms, looking him in his eyes. "What does it look like I'm doing, babe?"

Tim suddenly started coughing as his breath was taken out of his lungs. He eventually stopped coughing and started speaking again. "Well, it looks like you're sitting at a table -that you weren't invited to- with someone who is not your boyfriend, and his friends." He sassed at Jacob.

"Ooooooooh!!" I exclaimed, as did Hunter and Kaitlyn.

But before we could even finish, Jacob suddenly reached down and threw Tim over his shoulder. "Put me down!" Tim screamed. "Stop! Stop and put me down!" He kept yelling at Jacob, as he started to walk out of the cafeteria.

The yelling soon stopped though after they left the room.

"Anyway..." The guy who was in front of Kaitlyn suddenly said. "Now that your guys' friend is gone, you can leave." He said to me and Hunter.

"Nah." I said as I shook my head and stood up, making my way over to the other side of the table where that one kid sat.

I sat beside him to which he looked at me with wide eyes. "Um, what're you doing?" He asked, his voice cracking slightly.

I gave him a lopsided smile. "I'm sitting next to you." I responded. "So, what's your name?"

"Why would I tell you?" He asked.

"Because I'm me." I responded, flashing him a toothy grin.

He stared at me confused. "And who exactly is that?"

My eyes widened as I stared at him. "You don't know who I am?" I asked, shocked.

"No, should I?"

I stared at him as if he was crazy. Well that's because he is! He has no idea who I am? How?! I'm one of the baddest boys at this school! "Um...I'm one of the biggest bad boys at this school..." I said awkwardly.

He still stared at me confused. "...I'm Jesse Tobias..." I said, still awkwardly.

He slowly nodded his head, before looking at the time on his phone and getting a worried look. "Um...well it was nice meeting you...Jesse." He said as he got up quickly and grabbed his math book and backpack before running out of the cafeteria.

I stared at him confused as he left the room. Before getting up quickly and rushing out of the room after him.

As soon as I got out of the cafeteria, I looked down the hall to see him running; and disappearing from my line of sight, quickly.

I ran down the hallway after him and finally caught up to him. I grabbed his arm and spun him around. He started to scream and flail but I quickly wrapped my arms around him and covered his mouth. "Hey. Calm down, it's just me."

He stopped screaming and opened his eyes. I removed my hand. "Oh...sorry..." He said.

"Why're you in such a rush?" I asked him.

"I...just need to get to my next class before the bell-" he was suddenly caught off when the bell went off overhead. His eyes for really wide. "I have to go!" He said before quickly turning around and running as people entered the hallway.

I stared confused after him as people rushed out of classes and fluttered the hallways. And I stared confused as he disappeared from my line of sight before realizing something.

"Hey! I never got your name!"
