Trapped in the comfortability of her imaginary castle's four walls, she closed her eyes and took the chain off from her feet. Opening them, she walked towards the door, feeling her heart pounding as if it was going to explode. She swallowed the lump in her throat and leaned her head against the door, feeling every knock while listening to person's voice as it began to sound hoarse.

She could hear nothing but her name, the knocks and the sound of the rain as she closed her eyes and curled her fingers around the cold knob.

The coldness felt like prickling needles against her skin, it was seeping through her bones, making her legs tremble in fear. She pulled her hand away and curled it into a ball, still not ready to unlock and turn the knob. Back leaning against the wall, she slid down and sat on the cold floor, hugging her knees, sobbing... And hurting...

Taylor woke up and opened her eyes ever so slowly, squinting them to adjust to the bright light from the ceiling.

Jolting up from bed, with her vision still blurry. She scanned around her surroundings and found herself in an unfamiliar room. She slowly felt a dull throb of pain creeping in at the back of her head, causing her to wince as she massaged her temples with her fingers.

How the hell did I get in here?!

Her question has been answered when her phone rang, she turned her head to the side and saw a glass of water and a medicine, sitting on the nightstand next to her phone and a sticky note.
