I might update a bit slowly because my exams are coming closer and my mum is getting stricter about the studies. :(
Anyways, here goes Chapter 2....
Chapter 2
Leo's POV
"Chiron, who is her parent?" I asked Chiron. We were in the room in the Big House - Shelby, Chiron, Mr. D and I. Mr. D and Chiron were asking Shelby questions. They still hadn't told me who her parent was.
Chiron looked at me with worried eyes. "Leo, son. Would you mind leaving us alone for a few moments?" he asked. Oh great. Why couldn't he just tell me? Kronos wouldn't come back to life if he did!
Only if I knew what was going to happen.
I looked at Shelby and she looked at me with feared eyes and as if pleading me not to leave. But I, of course didn't have any choice.
I stomped outside and stood at the porch.

I waited impatiently outside the Big House. It was nearly 15 minutes since Chiron had thrown me out.
I couldn't believe it, Chiron wasn't telling me who her parent was! I was the closest person to Shelby in Camp Half-Blood.
I could hear hushed voices coming from inside. After a minute or something they stopped and a pouting and sad Shelby walked out slowly. I ran to her and took her small, sweaty hands in mine. She looked as if she would break down any moment.
"What happened? Who's your parent?" the words rushed out of my mouth before I could stop them.
Her eyes teared and her lower lip started quivering.
"Who is it? Please tell me" I asked desperately.
Right at that moment Chiron came out. "Leo, I need to speak with you for a few minutes" he said hoarsely. I nodded and followed him inside after giving Shelby an apologetic look.
"What?" I asked, once we inside.
"How long have you known Shelby?" Chiron asked, ignoring my question.
"What, are you FBI?" I snorted. I know it was quite rude but I was getting impatient now.
"Leo, answer the question" Chiron said sternly.
I sighed. "For a couple of months" I replied, shrugging.
"Okay, have you noticed anything unusual in her?" he asked. Okay, this was getting really weird. Who in the name of Hades could be her parent that Chiron was getting so worried? And acting all strange?
"Um. No, not really" I replied, weirded out.
"Do you know anything about her family?" he asked. "Like her parents and from where they come?" he added.
"Her dad doesn't live with her. She never knew him" I mumbled, realization dawning over me. "Her Godly parent is her father. Who is it? Please tell me!" I pleaded.
