Goodbye

(Not edited) I really wanted to get this up and I am exhausted so I will probably edit this tomorrow.

I open my eyes and Dustin is nowhere to be seen. I wipe away the tears but they keep falling. Suddenly someone hand around my waist. “Stop crying baby I’m here.” I turn around and Dustin smiles. “You forgive me?” I ask shocked and he smiles. “Do you forgive me?” I nod and he wipes away my tears and pulls me in to hug him.  “I thought you left me.”

“I told you I won’t ever leave you. It’ll always be me and you against the world.” I smile into his chest. “Allie no more secrets I am going to tell you everything about Chloe whenever you want to know. It’s a lot to take in.” I nod.

“I understand and I will listen but I just want to be with you right now no drama just love.” I say. He smiles and pecks my cheek. “I like that.” He states sweetly. He leans back onto the headboard of my bed and starts playing with my hair. I rest my head on his chest.

 “You don’t understand how bad I missed you. Austin totally jerked out on me when I said I still loved you.” He smirks. “Being a jerk is his second nature. I don’t want to talk about him though I want to talk about you.” He says pecking my nose.

“I haven’t kissed you in almost 48 hours, kiss me.” I say and he smirks. He leans in and then pecks my lips and starts laughing. “Dustin you have got to be kidding me. I don’t like when you tease me.”

“I know but I like when you’re all mad and cute.” He smiles tapping my nose. I rest my hand on the back of his neck and pull him in. The sparks come back and I smile into the kiss. I really missed his kisses. “Dustin I’m glad we got back together. We may have had problems but everything you did for me. I’m sorry about Austin. I’m so so so so sorry. I wish I could just-” I’m cut off by Dustin leaning in and kissing me. “Stop apologizing I forgive you.” He whispers we are interrupted by someone rudely barging into my room. I pull away and it’s Austin. “What are you doing here?” He looks at us and rolls his eyes.

“Allie you forgave him?” I nod and Dustin gets up and stands in front of Austin. “You’re going to stay away from my girlfriend and if you even look at her the wrong way I won’t hesitate to break your face.” I look at Dustin shocked. “Dustin, what are you doing? He loves me and I hurt him and he just needed some closure by not talking to me anymore its ok.”

“Yeah pretty boy are you getting a little overprotective? I just came to apologize to her and give her something. Why don’t you go sleep with Taylor again?” Dustin pushes Austin and I know things are getting out of hand so I get up and open the door. “Are you kidding me right now? What are you guys even arguing for? What’s the prize, me, because last time I checked I’m not a prize. If you guys are going to fight go ahead but get out of my house and don’t ever come back.”

“Babe I’m sorry I just don’t want you getting hurt.” Dustin walks up to me and holds my hand. “I can handle myself Dustin if I wanted him to leave I would’ve walked him out. He’s my friend and I understand why he wouldn’t want to talk to me anymore I do. Austin, I am so sorry I lead you on. I made you think that I loved you still and I thought I did. I was just confused and sad please can we still be best friends?” He nods.

“I’m sorry too Allie cat. I should’ve respected your decision.” Austin can be totally horrible but he can also be the sweetest most considerate guy I know.  I let go of Dustin and gave Austin a hug. “How about we hang out after school tomorrow?” He nods and walks out of my room. “I can’t sorry but I have to go.” I walk out after him.

“I have something for you Allie cat.” I smile as he reaches into his pocket and takes out a box. “Open it.” He smiles and I open the box. It’s a diamond necklace with a cat on it. “You got me a necklace with a cat for Allie cat. Austin you’re so sweet.” He smiles and I give him a hug. “I’m going to go but read the back ok? I also put a note in the box so be sure to read it. I have to go.” I nod and he leans in and gives me another hug.
