"Good evening po, Sir." He greeted me. My expression softened. I smiled at him. Lumuhod ako sa harap niya at saka ginulo ang buhok niya. Yto was wearing a matching superman jammies.
"Bakit gising ka pa?" Tanong ko sa kanya.
"Mag-ka-count kami ni Nanay ng stars, kaming dalawa lang kasi tulog na si Yza." Sabi niya sa akin.
"Wala kang pasok bukas?" Tanong ko.
"Sabado po bukas, Sir." Sabi niya sa akin. I smiled again.
"Yto? Yto nasaan ka?" I heard Sheena's voice, not a second had passed, she was standing right next to her son, I took one look at her and I knew, right there at that moment, I need to have her tonight.
"Sir!" Mukhang gulat na gulat siya na nandito ako. I smiled at her.
"Good evening, Sheena." I looked at her from head to toe and I grinned wider. She was wearing a satin nighties na pinatuangan ng balabal, naaaninag ko ang katawan niya mula sa ilaw.
"Nanay, Sali natin si Sir sa star counting." Sabi pa ni Yto. I smiled even more. Hindi naman kumibo si Sheena, may dala siyang blanket, kinuha ko iyon sa kanya at saka inilatag iyon sa damuhan. Yto ran to my direction to lay on the blanket. Inunan niya ang dalawang kamay niya habang nakahiga, I kay beside him. Hinhintay ko si Sheena, maya-maya ay nasa tabi na siya ni Yto, tahimik lang siya.
"Nay, nasan iyong Polaris star?" Tanong sa kanya ni Yto.
"It's in the northern part of the sky, anak." Hinahaplos niya ang noo ni Yto.
