This one is sooooo short!
"Let us go!" I yelled struggling wildly. If we were captured then we would never destroy The King!
Lucy had gone limp and it looked like she’d passed out. I looked desperately around trying to find some kind of weapon. Then I remembered the stick I’d picked up to attack that crazy bird! I’d kept it with me for emergencies. I slid my hand into my pocket without the guards noticing anything. I was waiting for the right time to attack. The only part of their bodies that weren't covered in armour was their faces. I counted silently.
Three... two... one... Go!
I wacked the guard that was holding me in the face so hard his nose started to bleed. He let go of me to nurse his face moaning in pain. The other guard was in such shock that he didn't even try to defend himself as I did the same to him. Both guards slid to the floor unconscious. I guess I don’t know my own strength!
Poor Lucy was still passed out so I had to drag her all the way back up to the hall where we’d come in. I managed to find my way back, expecting Will and The King to be there, but they weren't. I set Lucy down on the floor and slapped her face a couple of times to bring her around.
"Oh... Where am I?" she asked disorientated.
"Come on! We have to find Will!"
