Chapter 21 - Wedding Bells

I was finally off bed rest, a full month of not being able to leave my bed and do things for myself however, everything had been perfect; Jake and Collin had really looked after me, along with the rest of the pack, but my two boys did the majority seeing as they both lived with me. Harry was growing up so much each day he looked more and more like Jake, he even started to act like him the resemblance between the two of them was extremely scary.

Today was the day of Emily and Sam's wedding May 21st 2008, Jake and Harry were with the Pack at Paul and Rachel's house (they had now moved in together) whilst us girls; me, Emily, Kim, Rachel, Leah, Claire, my mom and Embry's mom were all at Emily's getting ready, the bubbly was opened very early so our glasses were running low all the bridesmaids were ready we were just waiting on Emily now, mom was helping her into her dress I had done her hair and make up for her everyone including Leah was happy for her, they had sorted their differences out and were basically back to how they used to be, Embry had helped a lot with that as Leah was finally been able to move on and be happy both of them planned on stopping phasing soon so they could try and live a normal life.

Emily walked out she looked stunning, her dress was very plain it was a strapless sweetheart neckline white dress, the only detail was around her waist, a waistband that was full of bling it was perfect for her she truly looked stunning, "you trying to get Sam to cry Em, you look amazing he won't be able to keep his hands off you" Kim said making us all laugh. We all had one last drink together taking a lot of pictures before we all made our way down to the beach, Claire was the first to walk down the aisle seeing as she was the flower girl, then it was Kim, Rachel, Leah, me and finally Emily. Sam's face was a picture, he was grinning like a Cheshire cat tears had formed in his eyes, just like they had in Emily's she had dreamt of this since she was a little girl. The ceremony was perfect, it was actually sunny for once they really had the perfect day for their wedding the ceremony was short, sweet but full of love they were finally Mr and Mrs Samuel Uley.

Everyone had congratulated the happy couple, the food had been served and it was now time for their first dance, they had chosen to dance to thinking out loud by Ed Sheeran, it was adorable Sam looked at Emily with so much love and adoration they truly were made for one another. It wasn't long before they invited everyone to join them on the dance floor, everyone else went and danced whilst I stayed with Harry I don't know where Jake had disappeared to but I hadn't seen him in a while, "you okay mom" Collin said to me as he sat down beside me. "yeah, I'm okay just wondering where Jake is" I said looking at him as soon as I lifted my head that's when my heart broke, Jake was kissing the slut of La Push, Jade Freeman the one person I couldn't stand more than anything, Collin followed my gaze and started to angry his shakes starting to be uncontrollable, "Collin calm down please, just forget it we are not ruining this day for Sam and Emily so far it has been perfect, you can get angry at him another time but right now isn't the time okay go find Brady and calm down please for me" I said with a slight sigh, he nodded understanding why I had said what I did hugging me before leaving to find his best friend.

Just when I thought everything was going to be perfect that nothing would come between me and Jake he has to go and kiss someone else, yeah it's only a kiss but it's the principal of it, "do you want to dance little man?" I asked harry who nodded his head before running over to find Claire who was with Quil, I followed him not wanting to be on my own "I saw before, do you want to dance whilst these two do?" Quil asked me sympathetically, I simply nodded placing my head on his chest slow dancing to whatever song was on. I didn't want to speak and Quil knew that, he understood when to keep quiet and not make jokes but not many people saw this side to Quil, Claire is going to be a real lucky girl one day he is going to treat her well I just hope nothing tries to come between them. Once the song had ended I hugged Quil telling him I was going to get a drink, he was going to watch Harry for me. I made my way over to the bar to find Paul sat on his own, "where's Rach Pauly?" I asked, "with some old friends, I didn't want to sit and listen to them talking about clothes all night, how come you aren't with Jake?" he replied, I sighed before saying "he kissed La Push's tramp, he doesn't know ive seen but Paul stay calm I'm not ruining the wedding just because he can't keep it in his pants, this isn't the first time it has happened." All he did was pour me a drink, Paul knew me well we used to best friends after all. Recently we had grown apart because of the pack and him imprinting and me being imprinted on, I missed our friendship we knew each other inside out.

"Come on darling, it's time to say bye to the happy couple," mom said to me as she made her way over to the bar where I was still sat, standing up slightly wobbly from all the alcohol I had consumed I followed her to the end of the beach, "I love you guys, today has been amazing I couldn't think of any better couple. Now Sam I don't want you being too rough on Emily here look after her, don't worry I'll look after the house, I won't let them trash it, now have fun and keep in touch" I said to Sam and Emily hugging them both, they laughed because they knew I get sentimental when I have a drink, but also knew everything I was saying was what I meant. They climbed into the car before being driven away to the airport they were going to England for their Honeymoon as they both wanted to travel to London, as soon as the car was out of sight everyone made their way back to the beach where the bonfire was still going to carry on the party, "we're going to go now darling, I'll take Harry for the night so you can enjoy yourself, I'll give you a text when we are up in the morning goodnight" mom said to me kissing my cheek before she left with Charlie and Harry.

I didn't know what to do, I had no one to go off too seeing as most people had gone to their significant other, I was not going to go near Jake wherever he was so I decided to walk home which was only a five minute walk, the door was unlocked so Jake or Collin was home I made my way straight to my room so I could change out of my dress walking down the corridor I could hear banging coming from my room, opening my door I saw Jake and the Slut in my bed having Sex, my heart felt like it was being ripped out my chest I threw my shoes off and ran back to the beach sobbing the sight I had just seen being replayed in my head over and over, how could he do this to me, I was supposed to be his imprint.

"Mia, what's wrong? What happened?" Jared asked as I bumped into him, "Jake....Jade...Sex" I sobbed heartbroken, he picked me up carrying me over to where the pack was, the only people left on the beach were Jared, Kim, Paul, Rachel, Quil and some of the younger newbie wolves. I couldn't bring myself to tell everyone what I had just seen so Jared put my words together, "she's just caught Jake and Jade having sex" he spat out only causing my to start sobbing more, I was pulled into someone else's chest which when I looked up I saw was Paul's and saw Rachel stand muttering something about killing Jake and storming off, "Rach...it's not worth it please leave it" I sobbed not wanting to cause any more trouble, "it's not fine Mia, he's supposed to love you but if you want me to leave it I will tonight, you can stay at ours tonight if you like" she said coming back over to me and Paul hugging us both, she understood mine and Paul's relationship, we were best friends and that was all. "Thank you, I don't think I can face him" I cried the memory flashing back again, they drove me back to their place letting me stay in their spare room, as soon as I lay down all I could see was him and her in my bed, let's say I didn't get much sleep that night.
