Something Unexpected

Vacation Anyone?

                                                              ~ Chapter Twelve ~

          "Forever is a long time, but I wouldn't mind spending it by your side." ~ He Is We

            Needless to say, I sobered up pretty fast.

            As Mrs. Logan walked in front of us; leading us to her office, we all whispered quietly. 

            "Good going, Abes." Lily mumbled, shooting daggers my way. I gawked at her, "Me? It was you who started the whole thing by pulling her off of me! I had everything under control." I said, crossing my arms over my chest. 

            She huffed, "Seriously? She was about to attack you, and you was so shit-faced that she would have killed you! I saved your face!" I glared at her and stepped closer, about to fire a bunch on profanities that I'm sure would make my great grandmother roll over in the grave, when Poppy stepped between us. 

              "Guys, calm your tits. If it's anyone's fault, it would be Jackass's over there." She said, tilting her head towards Aiden. He smiled sheepishly. 

            I glared and stepped up to him, right before I punched him in the nose. Lil, Poppy and Win's eyes all widened as they watched Aiden hold his bleeding nose in his hand. "Shit! Red, what the fuck was that for?" He demanded, glaring at me. 

            I met his glare head on and replied, "You know damn well what that was for, Aiden. You spiked my mocha." He smirked behind his hand, "Took you long enough." I let out a battle cry before springing myself at him again, "I'm going to kill you!"

            Lil gasped, "Oh shit," before her, Poppy and Winn came towards me. I got two more punches in before they dragged me away, right as Mrs. Logan turned around. Everyone stiled and tried to look innocent as she gazed at us with suspicious eyes. 

            After she looked at us for a few more moments, she sighed and opened her office door. "Come in." We all went in quietly. 

            Poppy and Winn took the only two seats in there, leaving Lil, Aiden and I standing. While we were waiting for Mrs. Logan to enter, I glared and elbowed Aiden in the side. He grunted as I muttered, "Asshole." 

             Mrs. Logan came in and set down behind her desk, letting her eyes travel over all of us. I shifted my weight which caused her eyes to snap towards mine. "Miss. Renolds, you first. Explain to me what happened today." 

            I gulped and started speaking. "Well...um, I attacked Monica first." She nodded and made a gesture which said continue. "Because she was kissing Aiden." I shuddered at how jealous that made me sound. 

            She nodded slowly and shifted her gaze towards Lily. "Your turn, Flinn." Lily smiled and began speaking. "I pulled Monica off my best friend before she caught her STD's, and fought her." I bit my lip to keep from laughing when Mrs. Logan shook her head. 

             Mrs. Logan smiled at Poppy. "Poppy, you wasn't involved in this was you?" Poppy smiled sadly, "Well..." Mrs. Logan frowned and sighed, "What was your part?"

            Poppy smiled, "When Lily started fighting Monica, all of Monica's friends tried to gain up on her and Abbey. So of course I wasn't going to get their asses beat, so I joined in." Mrs. Logan just looked at her for a few moments before shaking her head again. 

            She looked at Aiden and nodded. He sighed, "When all the girls started fighting, their boyfriends wanted to run their mouths, so Winn and I took care of it." He said, before him and Winn touched knuckles. 

            I think I was the only one who was sweating buckets at the possibilities our punishment could be. 

             Mrs. Logan looked at all of us once more before saying, "It looks as though you all started the fight, not only with your lack of injuries, but also your confessions." She looked over at Aiden, "Well, lack of injuries for some of you." I giggled and Aiden shot me a glare. 

            She sighed, "I can not expel you because they fought back. So I'll have to suspend you. Five days for all of you." I sighed and visibly relaxed that our punishment wasn't so bad. 

             "But if something like this happens again, you all will be expelled." Mrs. Logan said, glaring at all of us. 

             We all nodded and replied, "Yes mam." She smiled and said, "Good. Now get out of my office."

               "Well... that went well." Aiden said as we all walked out of the school. Lily chucked, "Hells yeah it did, five day vacation? I'll take it." I chuckled as Poppy and Winn agreed with Lily. 

             "The question is, what are we going to do on that five day vacation?" Aiden said, smirking at all of us as we stood by Aiden's truck. 

            Nobody said anything for a minutes until Lily spoke, "My uncle has a cabin in Tennessee. It's around snow-skiing and all of that jazz. I could ask him if we would use it?" She said, smiling at all of us. 

             I grinned, "Uh...yes! Please ask, and let me know as soon as possible!" She laughed and replied, "Yes mam, I'll call him tonight." 

            "So it's settled? Poppy, Winn, you think your parents will go for it?" Aiden asked. Poppy smirked, "They'll jump on that like a crouching tiger." Winn nodded in conformation. 

             Aiden nodded, "Okay, cool. How big is this cabin Lily?" Lily grinned, "Big enough to fit fifteen people." Aiden whistled, "Awesome, I'm going to invite a few people to excite this up a bit, you all do the same." I nodded but I knew it would just be Lily, Poppy, Winn and me. 

              "Just out of curiosity Aiden, who are you going to invite?" Lily said. Aiden smirked. "You know what they say Lil, curiosity killed the cat."

I know this is short, but this is more of a filler chapter. All of the excitement will be in the chapters to come when they are in Tennesee, (;
