"S-Scott?" I looked up. My eyes were blurred with my tears. I could barely look at the person who I believed was Scott.

"Let's get you out of the rain, sir" Scott lifted me up. Did he not recognise me? Maybe it was because of the water flattening my hair onto my face but, had I changed so much?

We began walking through the rain till we reached what I assumed was his house. We walked into his large house, which was absolutely warm. He sat me down on his couch and walked into another room. He was still as sweet as he was 10 years ago.

He came back out with a blanket and draped it over my shoulders. It was really warming but I was still uncomfortable in my wet clothes.

He sat on the couch too and stared at me and I stared back at him. We both sat in silence until I broke the silence. "Do you really not remember me?" I asked. He had a puzzled look on his face.

"I'm sorry....I don't" He answered. I lifted my hand up to show him the crescent ring he gave me before he moved. His eyes widened in shock and he covered his mouth with his hands. "Avi?"

"In the flesh" I joked but the mood was instantly brought down. He wrapped me in a hug but slowly pulled away because I was still wet.

"I'll go get you some dry clothes" He stood up and ran into room and came out with a folded clothes. "They'll be big on you but at least you'll be out of those clothes" He handed them to me and I went into a room to put them on. He gave me a sweatshirt and some sweatpants. He wasn't wrong when he said they'd be big on me.

I walked back out and he was still sat on the couch. "Better?" He asked with a smile. I nodded. He stood up and hugged me again. "I missed you" He spoke softly. I began crying. "Why are you crying?"

"I-I missed you....so much" I cried into his chest. "I thought I was never going to see you again" I couldn't stop crying.

"Well you can stop your tears, I'm here now" He didn't let go and neither did I.

I finally had my happiness back in my life.

"So tell me Avi, why were you sitting in the street?" He asked as we both sat down.

"Well, I was running away from work" I answered wiping tears from my eyes.

"Oh, what do you work as?" He questioned.

"I'm a prostitute." I answered bluntly. His eyes widened. I couldn't tell whether he was shocked, surprised or disappointed. Whatever he was feeling was clearly not positive.
