<HARRY'S POV>

"YOU ARE 17 YEARS OLD, MADDY, YOU ARE NOT A CHILD ANYMORE! WHY ARE YOU STILL ACTING LIKE A BABY?" Maddy starts crying. Shit. This is all my fault.

"Lads, I feel awful," I whisper. "I should be the one getting yelled at."

"Mate, don't blame yourself," Liam says softly.

"We need to come out."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. I am not going out there!" Zayn says.

"It's a hot mess out there, Hazza, you don't want to get..." Niall mumbles.

"But we have to! I'm the one who brought her into all of this!"

"We?" Louis says. I sigh.

"Please?" I'm practically begging. There's no way I'm going out there by myself. I need my best mates.

"Okay," they all give in. I look at Matt and his crying daughter. I give them a signal and we walk out.

Matt's expression is priceless. You could tell that he's embarrassed.

"B-boys? What are you doing here?"

"Matt, sir, I apologize. This isn't Maddy's fault," I say quietly. Niall, Louis, Liam, and Zayn are standing right behind me, not moving or saying a word. I guess I'm all on my own here.

"Pardon?"

"This is my fault," I say louder. "This whole thing is my fault. You can blame me, sir, but please don't blame Maddy." Maddy looks shocked as I stand up for her.

"Don't be silly, Harry," Matt chuckles deeply. "Of course this is Maddy's fault. Why would it be your fault?"

"But-"

"And as for you, young lady," Matt says to Maddy, completely ignoring me. "You are grounded for a month. Yes, that's right. You should know that my work means a lot to me."

"Dad!" Maddy yells.

"Remember you asked me for all of those things? What were they?" Matt continues. "Ah, yes. The Canon Rebel t6i, your new guitar, and your trip to France?"

"Y-yes," Maddy stutters. I have no idea where this is headed.

"You can kiss all of those goodbye because you are not getting any of those."

<MADDY'S POV>

"N-no, Dad. P-p-lease, yo-u-u can-t!" I choke out. Is he serious or is he over-exaggerating? No, he must be serious. I know my Dad.

"Watch me," he confirms. "I don't even think I should let you come..."

"Then don't let me come here!" I sob. I cannot even look at the boys right now. I almost forgot they're here.

"I said maybe."

"WHY?" I scream. "I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO COME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!" Uh oh.

"Maddy," Dad warns. I can't help it though. I'm about to explode.

"YOU PRACTICALLY FORCED ME INTO PRETENDING THAT I'M SOME CRAZY FAN OF THEM!" I point. "BUT GUESS WHAT? I'M NOT! I DON'T LIKE THEM OR THEIR STUPID CRAP MUSIC!" I go from almost loving Harry Styles to hating him again. I'm so bipolar. As soon as the words come out of my mouth, I regret it. I may not like them, but I will never say it right in front of their faces. I look at Harry. He looks hurt. I look at Niall, Louis, Liam, and Zayn. I've hurt all of them. The last part I said was a lie, though. I actually like some of their music now. Dad is about to say something when he gets interrupted by Liam.
